What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Capturing real moments is an art form that comes with experience. One of my superpowers is inspiring real intimate moments without being too posed. I always give suggestions on what to do with your hands and use prompts to give you something to do in front of the camera (which is perfect for shy people).

What do you love most about your job?
My focus for each session or wedding is centered around the experience. I love that my job helps other people feel confident and excited about having memories that will last a lifetime. Working with and getting to know couples and seeing their faces light up when I show them a preview on the back of my camera is my jam. The positive feedback and excitement once I deliver photos will never get old.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Photography has always been a creative outlet for me and losing a boyfriend in high school inspired me to preserve memories for as many people as I can. The one photo I have with my late boyfriend is a treasure for me, and I am honored to capture moments for my clients and the generations to follow.

If you are looking for a down-to-earth and confidence-boosting photographer, I'm the one for you. I am a Charlotte born and raised local, and I know all the best spots around Lake Norman (which is home for me). I've spent the last 8 years dedicating all my time to refining my craft and client experience. 5 years ago I became a full-time wedding photographer and absolutely love every couple I get to work with. Most of my past clients have become my friends which is a lovely bonus.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Photoshoots take place in person but all the planning, consulting, and delivery are done online. The online gallery can easily be shared with friends and family so you don't have to worry about distributing your photos after your wedding.
Wedding Photography
I offer packages ranging from 4, 6, and 8 hours and cater each experience around what is important to my bride and grooms. Before we decide to work together, I offer a free consultation call to talk about how you met, walk through your vision, and how I can best serve you.
Branding Photography
I specialize in helping small business owners create content for their website and social media that show cases their personality along with their brands. Sessions are offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions.
