What can I say about Shirley and Harry? They are very special people who are fun to be around and do a great job of house cleaning. They are most professional, diligent and loyal. A little older than we are, they work rings around us. We are kind of particular about how cleaners do their job, but in all the years of having someone do it, they are the best.Don’t be concerned about them being senior citizens (it’s a big secret since they don’t know that they are), they act like they have not even entered middle age yet. I mentioned that I think they cleaned the White House for the Roosevelt’s (Teddy that is). They are punctual, will call if any time conflict arises and are great with our pets. It is so nice to come home after they are done and see how fresh our house looks.We cannot give them a higher recommendation.Dave and Vickie More...

We have employed Just Cleaned since we moved to the Rogue Valley 2003. We could not be more pleased with them. They are are reliable, prompt, hard-working and totally self-starting. Additionally, they are more than willing to perform the occasionally extra task such as making purchases for us and looking in on our home when we are away. And you could not ask for more pet-friendly people. Our two cats adore them and the feeling is mutual. Harry and Shirley of Just Cleaned have taken good care of three different homes of mine over the past several years. They are an absolute joy to work with. They are reliable, punctual, efficient, hard working, flexible, and gracious. I can always count on them. They take great care of the big stuff like carpets, bathrooms, kitchens, and hardwood and tile floors (my hardwood floors never looked so good) PLUS dozens of details like stovetops, refrigerator and microwave interiors, baseboards, doorknobs, and dust and cobwebs in all crannies and corners. It is easy to discuss needs and details with them—and they see things I never even thought to point out. My house sparkles by the time they leave. They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. Would you like house cleaners that show up on time, return phone calls promptly, and leave your house clean and fresh? Shirley and Harry of Just Cleaned are super responsible and clean our rather large house every two weeks. Cat hair, cobwebs, they get it all. Kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. Anything you notice that needs doing they gladly take care of. When we go on vacation we still have them come and do some extra things that only require occasional attention. We have been servicing ALL of Jackson County for 20 years and have some of the same clients we started out with.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide ALL cleaning supplies, etc. but we will always use whatever our clients prefer.
What do you love most about your job?
Making the customer pleased with the finished product and we also like to feel good about the finished product as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are retired and wanted to keep busy. Knowing that we are also helping people enjoy their free time

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are very aware of still how serious Covid is and take ALL the necessary precautions. Masks, gloves, sanitize, keep everything we bring into a house clean.
STANDARD or DEEP cleaning
We are available to please our customers whichever way that is compatible. We provide a MEET N GREET so the customer can describe exactly what their requirements are. Communication is the UTMOST importance. STANDARD cleaning is basic house cleaning with that extra special touch. DEEP cleaning is exactly what we like to provide with more than that extra deep special touch. We aim to please and provide quality service.
