We paid Jungle Buddies almost $1000 to transport 2 dogs interstate. My husband was rushed to hospital so we requested a later date. JB was not available. They promised a refund but never gave back anything. Very unethical. I am glad I didn't trust them with my pets since they couldn't be trusted with a promised refund. More...

Don’t ever use them. Seiarrah booked a trip and ask me and my wife to help. She gave us a U-haul to use for transport and turns out it was stolen and we was left in Montana. She refused to help get us back when it was her fault that it happen. Jungle Buddies did a great job checking in on Mr. Wobbles! Â They did 3 drop-ins while I was on vacation and sent me pictures and summaries after every visit. Sierrah whose name I always misspell is a great kind pet sitter and gives genuine love to my Smudge, and elderly but still spry kitty. I've never had to use her for anything complicated like medication but she's slept over and she makes sure to play fetch with the beanie babies Smudge loves, or to give awesome grooming and brushing sessions. The best and most reasonable dog walkers and house sitters I have found in the NYC area! I took a long trip to Singapore and left them in charge of my two dogs a cat and apartment! Seiarrah and Kaleb were extremely professional and kind. They stopped by to take care of my cat each day over a weekend with very short notice. I'd never hired a cat sitter before and was leaving the country and would therefore not be very reachable, so I was a little worried, but I had nothing to worry about. They seem to take their business very seriously, which I think would put any pet owner at ease. Yeah if there were 10 stars we'd give them 10.Sierrah and Kaleb are professional, friendly, kind and loving pet sitters. Â We are so pleased from the intro visit they squeezed in at last minute to easily extending care for an extra day so we could stay. We got home to a happy content dog and clean home.
