I was an SVP of Operations at a major financial services firm and realized I would likely need to move firms for further growth.
Jim helped me identify my leadership skills, market those skills, and in turn did acquire my current position with great growth opportunities. Jim suggested I should expect a 20% increase in benefits package. The position change resulted in a 28% increase in benefits package. Salary increase of 4% but better than anticipated overall benefits.

I approached Jim when I was frustrated at work. I had received promotions and new responsibilities but began working with a boss who had no boundaries. I first contacted Jim following a bitter divorce. The divorce created a sense of desperation and difficultly functioning. I began to drink, did not commit to work, my children, my health .
