Absolutely amazing!!!! I have a total hair emergency and Sara did an amazing job. We had to cut over 7 inches of my hair off but she made it into a style that I absolutely am in love with! Worth every penny.

Being in the beauty industry I don't get many opportunities to actually pamper myself. The new year started and I finally decided to treat myself. This was my 1st time at an Aveda Salon and it was nothing less than amazing. (THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE) As soon as I walked I was captured by an earthy, soothing & gentle fragrance which immediately made me feel calm. I also found comfort in the fact the whole place was so clean and organized. I was then taken to a table to fill out a little paperwork and given a box with a free gift and coupons to try future services. She offered me a glass of water and put me with my stylist, Emily. Emily was very thorough in our consult and I could tell she was prepared and confident to deliver what I wanted done to my hair. The method that she used to cut & highlight my hair was so detailed and precise. I knew I was in good hands. She even gave me a hand massage while I was at the shampoo bowl and thats when I realized I've truly been missing out not coming here sooner. My hair turned out even better than the picture I showed her during the consult and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. So I love Jade Aveda in friendly center:) they took my long thick hair to a pixie cut and they have the best attitudes (even when I came back 10 mins after leaving because I wanted it shorter on the side). Will most DEFINITELY come back. I adore my hair and I think I've found my permanent salon. Also it's totally worth it to get a senior team member to cut your hair. The stylists who are $35 are super great, but I think my favorites are definitely worth the extra $15. More...

I had an amazing evening @ Jade Aveda tonight. I went in to have a pampering evening before heading back to school. Emily Gulledge took care of me! We began with a shampoo and a very relaxing hand message. She gave me a new style and I'm confident I can maintain it easily. I also received a complimentary facial. I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly! I think I have been to every specialist in this salon, because, I am known to call last minute and say I need someone ASAP. I have never gotten a bad color, highlight,cut, or blowout from anyone in that salon. Stewart the Esthetician is the best and takes her time with you. Emily Gulledge is absolutely amazing. Along with being talented she's extremely pleasant to talk to and be around. She's honest about her opinions and what can be done and answers all questions to the best of her ability. Emily has officially made a new regular client out of me and I highly recommend you go see her or at least visit the salon. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I went in yesterday to make a change to my drab hair and while I do like it somewhat it is nowhere near as bright as I wanted and no one has even noticed it not even my boyfriend. I explained that I wanted to see a difference and my old photos and new photos are somewhat similar except for the obvious roots. For $270 it was just not worth that amount of money for something I am not even happy with! More...

I absolutely LOVE the care that goes into matching a new client with a stylist. Time, effort, lifestyle and preferences are considered and this client appreciated that tremendously.
