I was referred to Laura by a friend and I can't thank her enough. After having surgery in early 2013 I was unable to clean my house. It was hard for my husband to help take care of me in addition to the house cleaning. Laura came personally every visit which as an owner I really didn't expect. Her & her staff did an excellent job. They did extras that I never even requested but appreciated. They were always there as scheduled and worked very efficiently. After 18 months of twice a month cleanings I can honestly say I got to know Laura quite well. Her personal & work ethnics are exemplary. I almost hated to get well enough to return to doing my own housework! Her prices are very reasonable and I always felt the service she performed was above expectations! I have in the past & will continue to recommend It Is What It Is Cleaning Services to my family & friends and will not hesitate to call her again when needed. So I was referred to "It is what it is,Cleaning". I made the call and they were there right away and preformed the deep cleaning that had been lacking..
