About

Being a mom of 4 girls, I know firsthand the challenge to prioritize our own health and fitness. As women and moms, we tend to put ourselves last on the priority list because we simply don't have time, energy, or motivation to get it done. That's where my expertise comes in.

I love to explore with women how they can live a healthier more fulfilling life. While this often start with weight loss, it often ends with a fulfillment of having energy, being able to be active (with our kids), better able to manage stress, sleep better, having more confidence, and actually knowing what healthier options are as we cook, socialize, exercise, and more!

I've been fortunate enough to be able to combine my education (Masters in I/O Psychology) with my passion for health and fitness. You see, in my professional life in Human Resouces, I worked primarily with needs assessments and organizational change. These skills have now transferred over to my own practice where I use behavioral change, motivational interviewing and combine that with my knowledge in nutrition, exercise, and stress management. A perfect match and I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to help women feel better about themselves every day!

I am different than many other health and fitness coaches in that my primary education is in behavior change management and psychology. I have a deep understanding of what might be holding my clients back as moms under high stress and why they might be hesitant to even try. I do a lot of exploring with my clients to get them engaged, motivated and eventually have them create solutions that work for them. We design and execute the strategy and I keep them accountable.

It's all about them, not me, and it works every time!

I provide services both online and remotely. I do 1-on-1 calls using zoom or other webinar platforms, I do a 6-week online program that's all done online using my platform. In the fall of 2020, I'll be adding to my services and they will still all be online.

I don't work with clients 1-on-1, we do it online.

I work with moms under high stress to overcome their unhealthy eating habits and incorporate more movement into their daily life.

We work together to determine easy, yet effective, first steps to achieve their goals and to build healthier habits for life.

These first steps can be as easy as drinking enough water each day, to doing High-Intensity Training sessions 3 times per week. My clients set their goals with my guidance, we create a health and fitness strategy that is aligned with their goals. Every week we have a coaching meeting including topics to discuss/educate on as well as re-assess the strategy, goals, etc.

Throughout the week I check in to ensure we are on track and provide support as needed.

Sessions can include meal plans, exercise videos, worksheets, and much more.
