Integrated Wellness is a holistic wellness practice that is currently offering services that include life coaching, sex therapy and sexuality education. I have 20 years of experience working in mental health care and have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 13 years. As an enthusiastic supporter of your future success, I welcome people who are interested in making positive changes in their life! This could include skills related to managing stress, balancing life demands as well as addressing concerns related to mental and emotional well-being. We all know that it takes more than hopes and dreams to achieve success, it takes dedicated effort and accountability. I offer guidance that details objectives for specific goals and acts as your partner who keeps you on track with the goals that you select. My solution focused approach is both empathetic and goal oriented.

I also have extensive experience working with people who inhabit marginalized identities, including clients who are LGBTQ identified, people of color, polyamorous relationships, sex workers and kink. All clients are welcomed regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or ethnic background.

Currently, I am available to see adult individuals, groups and offer workshops related to letting go of shame surrounding sex and sexuality.
