What do you love most about your job?
As a retired Army veteran, one of my joys was to serve my country. I learned the value of selflessly serving others and being a part of something bigger than myself. What I love most about what I do is selflessly serving others while witnessing their breakthrough. Just being able to see the desired transition in someone's life is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by the idea of understanding that I was destined to help others in a way I desired to be helped earlier in my life. I was blessed to have some amazing friends that helped me realize that I wouldn't find the fulfillment I wanted at a regular job.

We can provide services online and remotely. However, due to COVID-19 protocols, we ensure that we keep our clients safe by providing as much online care as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our clients safe, we have developed an infrastructure that allows clients to receive the necessary level of care right from the comforts of their homes. We don't need to travel to their site unless the client prefers that approach. If that is the case, our clients will find comfort in knowing that we are fully vaccinated and will wear the proper personal protective equipment.

D.I.S.C. ASSESSMENT
Equip every member of your team with the tools they’ll need to effectively interact with coworkers, clients, and family members. The unbelievable experience of the D.I.S.C. behavioral assessments coupled with performance coaching, depending upon your organizational needs, is unmatched. We not only provide the assessment; we also spend time with each person to help them understand their report and assist them in plotting a future growth plan.
For teams, after receiving their assessments, immerse them in our workshop so they can understand their report as well as understand how to communicate with their coworkers. THE COUPLES ASSESSMENT
This assessment incorporates more than 12 question types, which comprises nearly 300 questions, eliminating the potential for what is commonly referred to as "survey fatigue." This ensures optimal results. Taking approximately 35 minutes to complete separately, the assessment can be taken on virtually any device. The follow on discussions are where the magic happens in your relationship. Eliminate the element of surprise by having the necessary discussions upfront.
