Here is a little bit more about me

As a Mind Mastery Expert and a firm believer in YOUR capabilities, my job is to give you the tough love and constant support necessary to:

1. Identify and reprogram your core limiting beliefs and behaviors

2. Eliminate stress, overwhelm, worry, and emotional trauma (PS: ignorance is NOT bliss)

3. Create self awareness and empower you to make new choices in the moments where you want to make the same old ones (regarding personal, relationships, physical, professional or social matters)

4. Be your own guru and lead from your inner wisdom

5. Take inspired action and do the work to become the highest version of yourself and live your life's purpose


A decade ago, I needed someone like me (current version) to get myself out of the deep sh*t that I was in due to lack of self awareness and therefore ---> lack of self love and thereby ---> low self esteem and ---> zero discipline (my older version)

Right after dealing with years of infertility and pregnancy related issues, when my kid was merely a few days old, I 'discovered' that I was in a disloyal marriage. That experience left me shaken and broken as my life revolved around someone else's validation, love and emotional support. Basically I was the parasite that was expecting life support from someone else instead of loving and supporting my own self. Heck, I believed loving myself was being selfish.

But this very tumultuous experience of my life gifted me with the wake up call I needed to finally pay attention to one of God's beautiful creation - Yours Truly :-)

Here's how the magic unfolded -
1. I accepted my situation consciously and completely (insert radical self and situation acceptance )
2. I resolved to change things around and take responsibility (insert courage + determination)
3. I visualized my ascension and took inspired action (insert clarity + consistency)

After having done some serious inner work, deep healing and received appropriate training , now, not only do I lead a happy self conscious life, I help many many others to do the same.

My mission is to empower and educate people all over the world on the power of their mind and its role in leading an emotionally independent and fulfilled life.
