An accomplishment will be a big win based on client satisfaction. We take our profession seriously and understand circumstances to which we can relate. Therefore, it is essential to be accessible, listen to the client, and provide feedback. Honesty and trust are the main ingredients to help the client be successful.

So many people get lost in owning a business and niche due to insufficient strategy and goals. So many do not know how to choose a career that will benefit their profession and lifestyle. Businesses are established, but there are not enough employees to help the company grow and prosper. Training and development are not offered for new hires and existing employees on all levels. I have set through client meetings in different departments (Domestic and Executive) to find solutions, but resolutions have been confused and tucked away when the problem needs to be solved. There have been many mistakes in resumes, interviews, and team building. The most critical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) missing in the business background. The inspiration for starting a business is to find the solution with an open-minded strategy and focus on the central vision to succeed in today's market.

Services

When a resume is selected and reviewed: qualifications, credentials, and critical components should be noticeable to fit the job description and the employer's needs. Candidates are chosen based on knock-out questions and pre-screening interviews before sending the resumes to the employer. An ideal candidate should be practical and confident during the pre-screening interview.

Most applicants will submit a resume for jobs that do not pertain to their qualifications. Others will submit a resume that can be overwhelming with details. Resumes will be reviewed for grammar, punctuation, and appropriate format.

Interview preparation will be offered to candidates scheduled for an immediate or later interview. In addition, there will be mock questions and assessments. This process can be virtual or in-person.

Consultation for staffing needs, business review that includes planning, startup process, human resources, and more. The consultation will be 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Assisting employers in finding the right candidate; assisting candidates in finding the right career essential to the business and workplace needs.

The process:
A) Request received by employers to find a credible candidate to fill a vacant position(s).
B) An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job posting tools are used to search for candidates using software applications and social media.
C) Resumes are reviewed before selecting candidates for interview pre-screening.
D) Candidates will be pre-screened before the interview for a direct-hire position.
E) Employer will be notified of candidate results before the interviewing process.

Onboarding and offboarding assistance are offered based on employer requests, such as new hire orientation and processing, exit interview, and survey. That is, based on the employer's company policy and materials.

Training and Development are in-person or virtual for employers, employees, and individuals. To find a solution to correct, refresh, achieve, and implement guidance.

Sessions can be daily , weekly, or monthly. Free consultation for 45 minutes before scheduled the first session.
