There are many reasons one might seek out individual therapy. You might need a safe space to process events that have happened throughout your life. You could need to learn coping skills to better manage your stress, anxiety, or depression. Or perhaps want to learn more about who you are and how to use the best parts of you to navigate the world around you.
Couples/Partners Counseling
This is a space for all romantic relationships. Whether your relationship is experience growing pains, challenges communicating, or want to strengthen your bond, counseling is fantastic opportunity.
Telehealth
Whether it be to best suited to your comfort level or for the sake of convivence. Telehealth is an excellent way to fit a therapeutic session into your busy day in the comfort of your space. I currently offer video calls through a HIPPA compliant service.
