Upscale Designs & Renovation
I had bidded on a full kitchen remodeling project which required a 3D rendering that would enable my customer to get a good visualization of her new kitchen before signing the contract to start.
IDIA Home came through with exactly what I needed to calm my customer fears.
Anjel attended the final meeting with me to present the 3D rendering to help close the deal. I couldn't have sold this kitchen without Anjel presentation skills and professionalism. I highly recommend her to help you close more sales.

I worked with IDIA on some structural changes to my existing property. Anjel helped me with different configurations to the bathroom and helped me utilize Sketchup to visualize different ways to arrange the space.
She pointed out which ways were most cost effective and space effective. I use a wheelchair, so she also helped me find some creative solutions for a floating vanity cabinet allowing me to have space to pull in with my wheelchair and also with less depth offering me more space to move around. Not only that, it cost about half what the other cabinets cost. We were able to achieve a design that reduced my framing and plumbing costs while still giving me good space for my bathroom.
She is very pleasant to work with and I will use her for future projects.

What’s your interior design process?
We begin with discussing the most important needs and pain points along with big ideas and wishlists. For commercial clients, we also take a large consideration of the customer's flow in the space. From there, a mood board is made for color and material ideas while the space is laid out. Upon approval selections, the plans are presented for the client to finalize approval. We then source materials and install once received.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We specialize in global and modern minimalist looks.
We also like to work on “out of the box” projects in favor of cookie cutter design.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to be creative and have new challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy the freedom and ability to execute my ideas and vision.

Yes, we prefer remote services whenever possible. We utilize zoom and collaborative tools like Google Drive to share files and photos.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We never compromise health over deadlines or convenience. This is another reason we prefer remote work when possible.

Sometimes, a 2D plan is not enough. Our photorealistic 3D drawings allow you to visualize the space in 3D, empowering you to make better decisions for what works and doesn't work. We also provide video walkthroughs.

We provide scaled and well annotated 2D floor plans that you can use for a contractor to build to your specifications. We know how bad things can be botched without detailed and visual instructions, so we ensure that your contractors have everything they need to implement your design correctly. We also have architects on our team to review and stamp our designs for permitting purposes.
