Hotel Strata

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We went here the night of our wedding and the experience here exceeded all of our expectations. The shower is fantastic with multiple outlets and excellent water pressure. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room is very private. When I went down to get breakfast, the owner and staff personally prepared my tray and helped me carry it to my room. They included extra sweet gifts to congratulate our wedding. More...

Not bad for Mountain View. Stayed for 2 days due to a family member being in El Camino Hospital. They gave me a good "hospital" rate which helped! So many great amenities! The roll desk that goes over the bed was helpful, love the shower, air cleaner and motion detected night light. Not a huge TV watcher, but the TV was huge! Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast, but maybe next time. Also noticed bikes for guests. Wasn't able to take advantage of that, but thought it was a neat perk. Overall great stay! Hotel Strata is definitely a must stay if you ever visit the Mountain View Area! I had stayed at Hotel Strata the last week and it was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. They really go above and beyond to cater to your every need with impeccable customer service, and amazing appliances. My room had heated floors, 65 inch TV, a rain shower, a TV in the bathroom mirror, heated toilet seats, air purifier, and Elmis Spa home products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not only this but my room also had a coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator, which made my stay so much more better and made it easy for me to have everything right at the convenience of my fingertips.Along with this, I just want to say that they are taking COVID regulations very seriously which made me feel completely safe. They also provided a variety of items for breakfast and had an amazing gym as well. All of these amazing features, services, and facilities will make anyone want to extend their stay when they book a room at Hotel Strata! More...

I highly recommend the Hotel Strata!  The staff is so kind and welcoming.  They cannot do enough to make you comfortable.  The hotel is small, well located, and extremely clean .  Obviously measures have been taken to ensure cleanliness and safety in light of the pandemic.  This is much appreciated!  Also the rooms are amazingly well appointed!  I almost hated having to leave and come home.  There is so much care taken in the planning of the amenities, that it would be easy to have a very long stay there for business people!  I will not hesitate to stay in the  lovely hotel again when my life dictates it. All of the rave reviews did not prepare me for my impression of this hotel. Yes, there are many plusses. The rooms are very clean, with built-in air filtration. Covid policies are well in place. The bed was very comfortable. The enormous big screen TV is here, as is the fancy waterfall showerhead, automatic lights below the nightstand for when you get out of bed (bring eye pillows if your partner gets up a lot) and a fancy toilet with a heated seat. We were in the farthest building from the street, however, and traffic noise is heavy. There is no landscaping at all and all the rooms face the parking lot. And the sound carries between floors. We were on the lower level and could hear the people above us walking, as well as hearing their bed's vibration in the early morning hours when they were making love.
