Didn't stay at the hotel, but the bar was awesome! Pleasantly surprised by the unique whisk(e)y / bourbon selection, and super friendly and knowledgeable bartenders (great taste but still totally down to earth). We'll be back!!

I had a blast at the Mother's Day Drag Brunch - it was my first time here for brunch and I will definitely be back soon! Food was amazing, entertainment was fantastic, and my mimosa was always full. I can't wait to have another Sunday Funday at Hotel Indigo! More...

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff was great. The Poets Room has some good food at reasonable prices. Usually you eat in a hotel and the cost is out of line. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was quick and thorough. And parking in downtown was very affordable. I only wish the beds hadn't been so firm. More...

Very happy with the hotel, great choice if I must say, close to walk to the Inner Harbor. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and obliging. Great Irish Bar in Charles Street to eat at. More...

Trendy, clean and comfortable hotel walking distance to restaurants. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Restaurant staff made you wish every place you visit was that accommodating. This place is definitely a leader in hospitality and service! More...

The staff did a fantastic job at Drag Brunch on Mothers day. Even short staffed everyone came together and did a fantastic job! Sue Nami and the rest of the performers put on a great show (like they always do!) Hotel Indigo and Poets Modern Eats have one of the best Drag Brunch's I've ever attended. Keep up the great work! An awesome hotel in a great location. Rooms are beautiful and pristine. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever. And there was a Keurig in the room! The staff was super helpful with loading/unloading our car both during check in and check out. We loved that they were dog friendly! Our dog Bowie loved the milk bone treats. :) More...

Great location, good prices, wonderful aesthetics... even some of the super strange art was pleasing because it was funny to look at! My only things I didn't like were the parking issue, how the bathroom door wasn't really a door but a sliding wood piece with no full closure, and that there wasn't ice on every floor.... very minor things but enough to be mentioned. The staff was all friendly and I especially LOVED the texting service! Thank you, Indigo! We had a blast! More...

***UPDATE: The issue we had with the hotel was resolved swiftly once we got in touch with the right person (the GM, I believe). While they were unable to locate our belongings, they did ensure that we were compensated appropriately for the loss. I am very impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved and am very happy with the GM. Great customer service, once we escalated the issue to the right person! We'll likely be back at Hotel Indigo and I would recommend it to friends or family looking for a place to stay in the city (just make sure you triple check that you have all your belongings with you before leaving!). ****

The hotel itself was great! Clean, great sized suite, friendly staff, great location. However, once we checked out, we realized that some clothing had been left behind. We called immediately to ensure that we could retrieve it--we even asked that our friend (who was still at the hotel) be able to get the clothing. We were told that couldn't happen; that we would have to retrieve it in person, and also that someone would call us back about it. We heard nothing for two days. Finally, we hear back today (after calling them back ourselves, because clearly no one was planning on returning our call), saying the clothing is not there and they don't have it.

Either someone there is too lazy to help us retrieve the clothing or someone got themselves a nice new outfit for 2017. Either way, we're extremely dissatisfied and, quite frankly, shocked that such poor customer service is coming from an IHG hotel.

From the moment we pulled up to our check out - they were nice an welcoming! Garage across the street ($14 bucks for the overnight -WHAT? That's awesome compared to the waterfront!) Love the decor, pet friendly, Clean room (super cozy beds) and all the amenities you could want. YES they have a bar, restaurant and room service! Perfect for my hungover head! Price didn't hurt the wallet so this will be our place every time we come back to one of our favorite cities! More...

First time visiting Baltimore and I could not have asked for better accommodations. The room was gorgeous, no messes, nothing was out of place, cleaning was timely, the staff were very polite, breakfast was served to me and my guest every morning nice and hot and delicious. Could not hear anyone else in any other rooms and had a breathtaking view of the city from where I was. Just an FYI to future guests, don't have leftovers. Otherwise, you'll have to pay to use a microwave at ~$10 per day. More...

I am a Hotel Indigo Fan. They are unique from each other, yet similar in concept. Baltimore is a converted YMCA that blends neatly into the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is excellent, the bar is well stocked, and the menu has a local fare.
The first thing I noticed were the lights in the brick sidewalk, followed immediately by someone to help me with my luggage.
The room is well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

What a gem!!! The hotel location was great... we walked to the Baltimore Basilica and Pope John Paul II Prayer Garden, The Walters Art Museum, Mount Vernon Marketplace, and nice nearby restaurants. The aesthetics were on point. I loved our clean and well-appointed room with its literary accent wall. The bed was super comfy. Room service was prompt and the food was yummy (though we were perplexed that the lettuce wraps seemed to be of a "deconstructed" style). The hotel did seem a bit understaffed on our departure day, but everyone was courteous and happy to help. As a beekeeper, I was delighted to learn that Hotel Indigo hosts hives! Thank you for nurturing our pollinator friends. But the best part of my week? Loving on Xander!!! What a soft and adorable furry friend! Will definitely return to Hotel Indigo on every trip to Baltimore! More...

It was a very short visit. I am loyal to the IHG brand, and Indigo's are my very favorite! The Baltimore Indigo has a great vibe of elegant and funky at the same time. I did not have a chance to eat at their restaurant but the menu looked great and a colleague had a great lunch there. The bar looks like it would be a fun hang! My room was well appointed and the bed was SO comfortable! I love the real/orange furniture/paint accents. The bathroom was typical Indigo....spa-like. Everything was very clean. And a special shout out to Brittany at the front desk who was awesome to work with! Thank you for a wonderful (albeit too short) stay!! I look forward to a return visit!! More...

Hotel Indigo is so far one of the best hotels I have experienced. The staff is warm and welcoming, the food is excellent and rooms are well designed, chic and immaculate! The room service was amazing and the presentation of the food made me feel like a star. I would travel just to spend my nights here. I highly recommend this hotel for the ultimate travel experience!
