We have been very satisfied with our results from Ascend's MAVEN Method Branding Workshop and project. We interviewed several other branding agencies before deciding to go with Ascend. We chose Ascend because: They are local to Denver and have 35+ years of industry experience. They have a small team with intense focus on each client. They conduct A/B testing of branding and marketing messages. They also conduct extensive market research. Chad clearly understood our business in meetings both over the phone and in person. The co-founder & CTO is a very experienced developer who built an incredibly slick proprietary front-end for Drupal. I demo’d it and was very impressed. Ascend identified more issues on our website and in our materials than any other agency. The MAVEN Method started with an in-person workshop for a full day, which was really important for our leadership team. We were able to hash out our ideas for each step of the method. We thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and left feeling energized. Ascend then took our notes from the meeting and consolidated the key points to take to our current customers. The customer interviews conducted by Ascend were very helpful to get unbiased, third-party feedback on our business's value proposition, mission statement, and reasons to believe. At the conclusion of the project, Ascend provided us a deliverable deck with messaging and design guidance that we've implemented on our website and in our marketing materials. We feel very confident in the new content and messaging that we are putting in front of prospects, customers, and employees.
