There are no words to express how much we LOVE Her Majesty Services!! Talk about professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability! Nothing beats coming home to a clean home after a stressful long day!! The days are long and stressful enough with work and all the kid activities to then come home rush dinner, cleaning, and then off to bed. The extra time I get with my family and the peace a clean house brings is PRICELESS!! I was always one of those people who felt like I should be doing it all and paying someone else was taking the easy way out...#momguilt but with their prices so reasonable, and making a small change like eating out a little bit less, was so WORTH IT!! My wife and I are working professionals and have been using Her Majesty's services for our bi-weekly housekeeping for the last 2 years.  That says a lot right there, since my wife is really picky about our house being very clean.  These folks do a great job. This review is about a new service that they offered us when they noticed our patio was getting fairly dirty.  They offered to pressure wash the porch, which was great since I keep my grill there and it gets grease on the floor under it.  They also cleaned all the furniture, removed webs in the corners etc.  In the end, we were stunned at how great the porch looked, better than the day we moved in.  I have no problems recommending this fine, local small business to anyone.  They are pros and they always make it right. We had HMS in again yesterday for our quarterly deep clean, and yet again, they outdid themselves! My husband was able to meet them for the first time, and see them in action! He was amazed with their efficiency, communication and wonderful, outgoing personalities!I have recommended them to several families, and they also took exceptional care for my now late elderly friend's home when he was in the hospital, very, very ill. He could no longer keep up with basic cleaning tasks, and his landlord did not take care of the property at all. Her Majesty's Services came in and made his place a much cleaner and healthier home to return to while he worked on his recovery. I had never planned on becoming a care taker for my friend, and I was very, very overwhelmed, including trying to do basic cleaning in between doctor runs and basically helping someone who was nearing the final stages of life. What this company did made all the difference to my sanity and my friend's stress as he battled a terrible illness and I'll be forever grateful. Thank you HMS! More...

Ashley, Jennifer and their crew are truly amazing people and experts. They came to the rescue earlier today for my elderly neighbor, who himself is a clean and tidy person, but no longer able to do general housework. He had been over paying a "friend" who "cleaned" for him every few months. When I explained she had been taking advantage of him and definitely NOT CLEANING, he allowed me t find the right cleaners for the right price who WOULD take care of him home. HMS did not disappoint and I will be having them over to my house every quarter as well (we do clean regularly, we're just not perfect. That's why HMS exists!). Ashley and Jennifer are wonderful! I am so thankful I have connected with this company. I have had several other cleaning services and have not received the level of professionalism I receive from Her Majesty Services. They are proficient, consistent, happy and always willing to do a little extra each time. They accept suggestions on how I want my home cleaned.
