I Gad this place bookmarked as there are two locations that do henna in my area. I tried the other place for a trip earlier in the summer and wanted to try this one as well. It's located in the back of the strip mall towards the end. Khadijah was really sweet and was on time. I came here for a sleeve lengthened henna design for my birthday. I called same week and only a late evening appointment was available. For henna, it's better for an appt earlier in the day do it can sit undisturbed. I had a pic from online and a request, from there I was given a quote. The design took about an hour and I let it sit for 4+ hrs. I was a bit upset that the stain was much lighter than I anticipated. It was so light that it could only be seen if you were up close. I was going away and having a photo shoot done and sadly, the stain wasn't as dark as I had hoped for the shoot. I previously had henna done a few times and staining was never an issue. Not sure what happened. As far as how much I paid for the design from my shoulder to my wrist $130. Very costly in my opinion but I was willing to pay for the design & the result. I just didn't plan on the faint result. **sad face** More...

I did a bit a research on henna and finally found this place. What I love is that the owner was able to answer all of my questions and directed me the the Red Raj henna. She told me the best way to mix it ( or my cosmetologist) to get the best result since my cosmetologist had never used henna before. Although my brown hair didn't come out red, it did highlight the color I already had in my hair and cover my gray edges. I also understood that different hair colors will yield different results. I love Henna Sooq! I've ordered 3 times now and never had any issue. They ship super fast, have frequent sales, and the quality is fantastic. Henna has saved my hair. I'm a strong advocate for it. I also use their amla powder and shampoo bars. Both of which are also excellent. The color on the red raj is just amazing. All of my girlfriends can't believe my new red hair is holding up so well. I have been using Henna dye for several years now. I've used Henna Sooq's Red Raj for the past three years and have found it to be the best quality of Henna I have used to date. Have bought amla oil and henna from here on and off for years - always excellent quality. I am kicking myself for taking so long to try shikakai and soapnut powder for hair cleansing! Within days of use, what was a giant handful of shed hair with every daily wash has turned into a barely noticed hair shed. Going back to henna'd hair and swapping to herbs for washes looks like it's putting a halt to the dramatic hair thinning. Hopefully will see regrowth, too - but just so relieved the hair shed has slowed down this much. More...

I have not been to the store in person but purchased online several times.  I am in love with HS's Red Raj henna.  I have henna'd my brown (and gray) hair for over 10 years, and Red Raj is the highest quality henna I have found.  It has an extremely high dye content and gives my hair a deep red gloss - I LOVE it!  It also washes out easier than any henna I have tried.  I have purchased some essential oils from Henna Sooq and they smelled wonderful.  Fast shipping, never any problems with my orders.
