Hellium is easy to get to if you're familiar with Philadelphia or use Google maps/Waze. Once inside the club, the staff is very friendly and attentive to their patrons' needs. The management also attracks great talent. Would definitely recommend Hellium! More...

We had a very enjoyable night here, all the employees we're super nice and helpful and the set up is very laid back. We sat up front for a show and the only thing we didn't like was being so crammed in because my boyfriend and I aren't so thin but luckily nobody ended up showing next to him so we had a bit more room. Saw my fellow Oxford, OH, native and proud Talawanda Brave, Gary Owen, at Helium in Philly. Gary and his opening act had us rolling from start to finish. Arrived early and got seats close to stage with General Admission. As Gary pointed out to begin the show, the physical facility could use an upgrade, but the chance to sit in close proximity was great, and sitting in groups at small tables adds to the laughter and shared experience. Gary's no-holds-barred style and hilarious personal stories and anecdotes captivated the crowd. Loved the time for Q&A and pictures at the end, too. Nice touch.
