What inspired you to start your own business?
With the crime rate in our communities rising and the holiday season approaching, here at H2 we considered what that could mean for business owners and locals. H2 wanted to be part of the everlasting solution during these times by providing top notch protection that leaves business owners and locals with a sense of SECURITY !

Our staff fully understands the importance and severity of being vigilant. Each staff member has been trained according to legal requirements and possesses all necessary licenses, certificates, and permits. Our company's quarterly staff evaluations and training courses also allows H2 to stand on it's promise of safe, reliable, and professional quality services.

Yes we can provide remote services, if a clients has pre- installed CCTV equipment that allows us to do so effectively( meaning the client has or is willing to acquire an up-to-date system that allows 360- degree view, audio, and motion detection).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a company that takes pride in safety, security, and protection; it is mandatory that through the remainder of the pandemic all staff here at H2 undergo weekly Covid-19 testing and provide proof of testing regardless of vaccination status.

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Remove wrong doers or trespassers from the area
Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation

Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities

Special Events can range from political conventions to sports spectaculars, from awards shows and entertainment events to product sales and major corporate marketing events
We also provides assistance on advance planning, threat assessment and issue prevention; event crowd control; and when necessary, crisis response. Management is skilled at understanding and planning the event security process and working with the client, while our personnel are trained to be polite and professional, while assuring the safety and security of all the event attendees.
