We did the board and train - couldn’t have asked for better results. Everything went smooth, communication was great, loved seeing progress reports multiple times per week, the follow up sessions have been super helpful as we struggled with the leash manners part of the training. I didn’t know the in home follow ups were included in the pricing which was a nice surprise! I recently got a new puppy from the humane society, she is a boxer/pit bull/lab mix. A training class was provided from them for free, but I went with Grand River K9 instead. We have done 4 training sessions from when she was 9 weeks old to 13 weeks old. I have had dog trainers in the past, but the results from Grand River K9 are incomparable to anything i’ve ever seen. Absolutely worth the money. My puppy is already obeying multiple commands at just 13 weeks old. I would highly recommend going with them for any age of dog. More...

Jason is awesome. We have a happy go lucky very excitable black lab. Great dog. Only thing was she barked and barked and ran back and forth in the house to jumping on couch to paws up by the sink to see whenever someone walked or biked down the street, UPS truck and mailman. Jason came over..... all of that has pretty much stopped and things have changed. No couch, no recliner and no bed for her for a month, and a bark collar for now. Was hard at first but man is it working. Still have lots of work to do. I would highly recommend Jason. More...
