Honorable, honest, efficient and provide fair pricing. Someone is always available to help and the tech's (Juan cares for our home), are also wonderfully adept. Sam, who I believe is the owner, is always incredibly kind, considerate, patient and informed. My husband is immune from mosquito bite reactions, although my daughter and I are not. We have NOT been bitten ONCE (at our home) since Facility began in the spring (and we have neighbors on either side of us with green, mossy pools). Sam and his team used to be great and we have always used them over the years but I'm afraid they have gone downhill. I have paid them nearly 800 the last year only only to have our gopher problem become out of my control. The guys claim they treat every mound but there some that were completely untreated on our hill. Now we are left with holes everywhere and our grass destroyed and we just had a followup with these guys a couple of weeks ago. Waste of money! More...

Unresponsive, unreliable, untrustworthy. Steer away! I was a loyal customer for years and they just stopped responding to my calls. Owner Sam is careless & unprofessional. Came to spray my home, but left the property without doing anything. Leaves a voicemail saying he can't give me the same rate anymore. I called back numerous times, left 10 voicemails, text messages and still no word back. It's been several weeks since I spoke with the receptionist over the phone, who scheduled the routine visit, took all my credit card info and charged me for service. We had a rat caught in our attic trap so I called Facility Pest Control. I spoke with Sam, the owner and he arranged for Dan to come out right away to pick up the dead rat. Then I called back Sam and arranged for inspection of openings where the rat could be coming in. Ed was sent out and he inspected the exterior of the house and he peeked in the attic. Ed, said he had pretty good idea where the rat is coming in from. So I called back Sam to schedule the openings sealed. Jim came out this time and sealed three openings he found on the roof. He even cleared out my dryer vent that needed to be cleared of all the backed up lint when he was doing his walk around which he totally didn&#39;t have to. Sam reassured me they have 6 months Warrenty to come back if rats return. I am really hoping this solved the problem for good and I won&#39;t have to call Sam back. Time will tell...and I will update my review in couple months. All the various workers (Dan, Ed, and Jim) were all very prompt, professional, and patient answering all my questions. I have set several traps in the attic and will keep my eyes and ears open to see if those unwelcome pest come back. So far I am very pleased with the services Facility Pest Control has provided. I should also add, I had over 7 different pest/rodent companies come out for inspection and right away I can tell which technicians were trying to use scare tactics and giving me outrageous estimates to a minor rat problem. I do not have a rat infestation. Just a couple rats got in the attic and I fortunately found out almost right away before it got worse. I am no expert in rodents but even I can tell when I go up in my attic it&#39;s not a major infestation with just a few rat droppings in a small area. I have been up in my attic many times and have been monitoring my attic regularly for the past 3 years since purchasing my home. Facility Rodent Control was one of the few companies that was honest and told the truth. Be careful of other companies that will exaggerate the situation to oversell their service. Go up in your attic yourself and be involved in the whole process. <br>Facility Pest Control seems like a small family company which is another thing I like. Sam really seemed knowledgeable and spent the time on the phone explaining the process and as weird as this sounds I can tell Sam genuinely likes his line of work which is very important in my opinion because people who don&#39;t enjoy what they do for living will not put in 100% in their work.<br>Thank you Facility Pest Control (Sam, Dan, Ed, Jim) for being an honest company! We have used Facility Pest Control for gopher problems for several years at different properties.  They were wonderful, once they came out the gophers were GONE.  We recently had a spider problem inside and out. Facility came out and checked every room, including closets and everywhere outside. Wilbur from Facility Pest Control came to service my home in December. We had a serious ant infestation. He only sprayed the outside of the property and within less than 24hr&#39; s the ants were completely gone. He answered my questions and the service was stellar. Someone came out on April 25th to spray inside and outside of my house because we had a pretty bad spider problem. The technician did an &#34;ok&#34; job. Within two days the problem didn&#39;t seem to be resolved. I called and asked for someone to come back and respray. Wilbur showed up and took care of the situation. Again, he gave top customer service. He answered my questions and concerns and we very rarely see a spider around the house. I asked about mosquito repellent. He said they have a spray for that too. I&#39;m definitely considering taking advantage of that service! Because of Wilbur I am going to sign up for monthly service. Excellent work Wilbur. I love this company. All the technicians are great. I especially like Sam. I&#39;ve enjoyed their service for years now. They take care of everything. The scheduling is very convenient and it helps because we have a dog. I&#39;m kind of a hypocrite because I love insects, but there are certain ones I just don&#39;t want in or around my home. Facility pest control takes care of that. They&#39;re extremely knowledgeable on pests and can tell me exactly what I&#39;m looking at if a problem arises. They&#39;ve even moved a garden spider in front of my front door for me because she was in an inconvenient place and I didn&#39;t want her to be killed. Like I said, a great group. Facility Pest Control has phenomenal customer service, are extremely responsive, and are very careful and conscientious during their visits. We have been using them monthly (bi-monthly in winters) for almost two years. We were so pleased, we recommended this family-own company to my father who was fed up with the unreliability and poor customer service of the big name pest control company in town. Facility Pest Control is exactly what you want out of a service-based business. They are organized, they come on time, they solve the problem and they include follow-up visits. We first booked them to help us with a gopher problem after gophers ripped up our new backyard. The package includes 2 follow-up visits, to make sure that they really are gone, and we were grateful to have them, as the gophers moved to our front garden after FPC made the back yard inhospitable for them! We&#39;ve now been gopher-free for over a year. We also recently heard a noise in our walls and thought it was mice, so called FPC out to help. They came right away and set traps, but we later discovered it was a squirrel, not mice, making the noise. When I called FPC they offered to send a refund for 2/3 of what we paid, since it should have included 2 followup visits. I&#39;m so impressed with their customer service and ability to kindly evaluate on a case by case basis, not just follow rules for rules sake. More...

I think their method doesn&#39;t work to keep gopher away for a short or middle or long term. Understood that house owner has to learn how to set traps and keep taking care of them or install gopher wire. <br><br>They came mid October and took care of gopher with gas for $250. After 4 days we saw 3 new gopher holes. Because of 90days warranty, they sent a man to retreat the gophers. <br>Then we rented out our house to tenants and not watching our yard. We came back to check in December and the yards were overrun with a lot of gopher holes. I called this company. They said hat we have 2 free retreats so they can come one more time for free but no more, which I have never explained. I was just told 90 days warranty and they can come when gopher comes back during this period. <br><br>My recommendation is to not spend hundreds for gopher companies because it will not solve the problem more than several weeks. Just has to set up traps by yourself again and again or install wire. This company spent only 10min or so to take care of gopher each visit and $250 is too expensive for the time spent More...

I&#39;ve been reluctant to use chemicals in the house and have been losing the battle first with ants, and then later with pantry moths and some mysterious bugs in the bedroom.  Scott came out over the summer and used an organic spray to kill the ants and it was a total success. No ants for months! Very happy.<br><br>Next, I found some bugs in the bedroom and was mortified they could be bed bugs. Matt came today and assured me they were not bed bugs but rather ordinary carpet moths. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how thorough he was with the process. He moved the bed and nightstands away from the wall and really got to the source. <br><br>I&#39;ve been trying to find the &#39;smoking gun&#39; in the pantry for months and could never find the nest. In an instant Matt found the source which was an unlikely place in the metal joints of the shelving. Somehow they weren&#39;t living in a food source. I am so happy I found Facility Pest Control.  My garage gets big water roaches. It&#39;s a problem in my townhouse complex. I spoke to a very friendly women who booked my appointment and quoted an amount. She explained that I would NOT have to empty any cabinets but might want to mop my floors as I wont be able to for 48 hours. Matt arrived within the time  window I was given. He was friendly, polite and professional. He  checked the unit and garage. He noticed I had spider webs by my front door and he sweep them off and sprayed. Sprayed the garage and the interior of my unit. I paid the amount I was quoted on the phone. The price was $130 less than Orkin quoted.  I highly recommend Facility Pest Control. More...
