I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Connecticut. I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents who are experiencing difficulty in their life in one form or another. Many clients come to me because they are experiencing stress or anxiety from work, school, or relationships, or they’re struggling with anger, depression, uncertainty, or just a sense that things could be better.

I started my practice because I wanted to create a space for younger people to get the help they needed in a way that feels comfortable and makes sense to them. I know that taking the first step to getting support is not easy. From our first conversation I want you to feel that I am here to really understand what is going on for you, and to work together to figure out how to tackle your goals.
