What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the fact that I meet so many different people with different walks of life that's really appreciative of my service mostly because they don't want to do it themselves lol. just kidding... But really, I love being of service to this industry & people and helping out wherever I can.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a young man I've always done some sort of cleaning service from personal residential cleaning, Carpet cleaning even Auto detailing service. When I started my nonemergency transportation company in 2012 my staff and I kept becoming in contact with customers/patients we pickup from hospitals and nursing homes suffering with some sort of virus and/or bacteria that I wanted to figure out a way not only to keep my vehicles properly disinfected but protected for months to come as well. I started not only disinfecting & protecting my vehicles I started offering this service to other companies in the transportation business that later grew into commercial properties like daycares, churches, business offices etc. So, I decided to start a commercial cleaning business Germ Protectors LLC. in late 2018 in efforts to provide a service that I love to do in my spare time as well to possibly help create jobs for people. Then unfortunately Covid-19 hit and shook up the world but at the same time created an awareness of the importance of a clean, disinfected environment. This can be a dangerous job nowadays if your not protecting yourself while in these exposed environments but I love it and someone has to do it WHY NOT ME! What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
An extra service we offer is our full area Disinfection and Surface Protection services. We electrostatically spray surfaces with a EPA approved medical grade disinfectant with proper dwell times killing ALL microorganisms ex. (Staph, MRSA, COVID-19, C-DIFF, Salmonella, Influenza H1N1, Norovirus, Herpes type 1, Hepatitis A&B, HIV and more...). Secondly, we apply electrostatically an EPA approved antimicrobial surface protector that's odorless and surface binding that forms a barrier of protection against disease causing microbes that continues to protect for up to 180 days after our servicing. It's bacteriostatic, algistatic and fungistatic. Lastly, our AC Ventilation System treatment is the application of a non toxic, non corrosive dry fog that's EPA approved to sanitize and deodorize AC ventilation systems.
