Rosie is a nervous little pup- doesn’t like loud noises, doesn’t like being away from mom, not a fan of nail trimmings. Other groomers turned her away and said she essentially took too much effort to groom. The people at furry and fabulous ran with the challenge! I received photo updates after I called to make sure she wasn’t being a menace— and, to my surprise, they said she was the best! Having fun playing with the other dogs, getting loved on by the workers, even chillaxing in her snazzy robe in the lobby while she AIR DRIED BECAUSE OF THE LOUD NOISE FEAR. They took the time to assess her needs and tailor her experience to best serve her, and keep her comfortable. I sent her with her anxiety medication, with permission to use if needed, and they said they never even thought about using it! Life long customer made. I could not have asked for a better experience. She came home gorgeous and happy. More...
