(My name is Brandon, not Valerie lol). We found the best place for our dog Milano!! Rachel, Ray, and the whole staff is absolutely amazing! ! They not only genuinely care about Milano, but they help him by working with him to correct behavior AND give myself and roommate tips to help with that behavior! They have also worked with us to accommodate daycare for him in a few different ways. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Happy Trails to anyone looking for a place for they’re pup. My dog, Bella S and I are huge fans of Happy Trails Pet Center for daycare and boarding services. Bella is extremely excited to attend doggie daycare a couple days a week. She will not allow me to leave home without her. It's nice to know my dog is at a place where she is receiving excellent care and stellar services. Happy Trails Pet Center has video cameras so you can view your dog's activity which is really cool to watch. I've had the pleasure on many occasions to interact with one of the owners, Rachel who is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and attentive to my pets needs. This pet center is extremely clean and organized. The staff members are so courteous, friendly and caring. You will always see a smile with each person whom you encounter at this facility. What can I say about this place other than awesome. The staff is always friendly and attentive to me and my baby girl Maya. Maya is a Belgian Malinois who needs lots of activity. When I tell her we are going to see her friends her ears perk up then when we pull into the parking lot she is ready for hours of play time. When I pick her up she sleeps on the way home lol. King absolutely loves going to Happy Trails! As soon as we turn the corner, he starts whining with excitement! I was very impressed that from day one, the staff recognized me and knew King without me helping them know who I was picking up/dropping off. The owner was very detailed, open, and honest with me during my dog's evaluation on what is and is not acceptable behavior from the dogs in the program. The video stream is a nice way to watch and see how your dog is doing during the day and I can happily say that there is always sufficient staff monitoring the dogs and they diffuse any possible situations carefully and efficiently. My dog Lucy (aka) Goose has been going to Happy Trails for a little while now. It makes me so happy to pull up in the morning and see her get so excited to play with all her friends for the day. I never have to get out of my car in the morning their employees come and greet me while getting my Goose out of the car safely and walking her to the fenced in yard on the side to go do her business before going inside to join her friends. My absolute favorite part though is that I can watch my dog at anytime on there webcams just to check on her. I love taking my dog here. He's very energetic and always comes home tired afterwards, haha. Rachel and Ray run a very professional operation and really know their stuff. Any time I have a question about my dog they're always very helpful. I work 50+ hours a week and my wife is a stay at home mom who can't be chasing a 50 pound animal around all day so I really owe it to Happy Trails for allowing me to keep my dog. My dog (Max) and I just love Happy Trails. At Happy Trails he is excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot and then excited when I pick him up. He runs to the workers when they come out to meet him and the Web cam is just an extra bonus. I love looking in on him during the day. He loves it so much that I think I have more separation anxiety than he does! The owners could not be more open and honest and you can tell how much they love and value the fur-babies that they care for. I also value the fact that when Max "vacations" there I get a report card of how he was,, what he ate, etc. Happy Trails has been so good for Max that even after I moved from Acworth to Kennesaw, I couldn't make him change "schools". There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this place is. My boy Panda has been playing at Happy Trails for a few months now and he loves it! The owners Rachel and Ray are so awesome and caring. I’m pretty sure they love my dog as much as I do. I boarded him for a two week board and train and it was worth every penny. The facility is clean, there’s a real time video feed so I can check in on my pup throughout the day. I moved a little further away from the facility recently but i will drive the extra miles so I can leave Panda with his “second family” and feel confident that he is well taken care of and loved. I read the review that said the owners were condescending...that couldn’t be farther from the truth! These ladies are sweet and kind and they know dogs. My pup is thrilled when we pull up here so she must have a good time! Its nice that someone comes out to greet you and help take your dog in. It cuts down on the stress of having two dogs coming in at the same time together when they can still be in "protection mode" since us "parents" are still there. They also certainly know the dogs in their care because they recognize the food container we always bring her food in with and know our dog by name. We board there only once or a few times a year, so I was quite impressed with how they remember her. If she was there every day, it would be more expected that they'd get to know her. I'm sure my dog is looking forward to her next stay! I should also mention that they do have reasonable prices for overnight stays and they even gave us a tour, when other places wouldn't let us look through their facility. More...

Our dog had never been boarded before and he is 14 years old, due to my retirement and our house selling early in Miami I had to live with someone for a few months before moving to Acworth and had to find daycare for Rudy, bad experience for him an d me. We moved to Acworth and we're going away , I needed to leave Rudy somewhere and found Happy Trails, to say the least I was nervous. I am so blessed to have found Happy Trails and the staff, Rudy loves it, I love it and the best is I feel they love Rudy. They call him the old man, a term of endearment. I have never used doggie daycare or boarded my dog before, but as I have a new puppy with lots of energy I needed a great place to be able to take her every so often. I can't say enough about Happy Trails - Ben and his team are amazing with the dogs. They take the time to get to know them and their personalities and make such a fuss of them. The facility is spotlessly clean and well organized. They will provide you with access to an app which allows you to check in on your pup during the day. I have been taking two of my dogs to Happy Trails Pet Center for about 3 years now. (the other is too old and now blind) They go to doggie day care every once in a while and I will also board them there at least twice per year. My dogs love to go and play with the other dogs, they are always happy to go and always exhausted when they come home. My dog did not have very good leash behavior so i called Happy Trails they had me set up with the walk dr and not even a full day later she was a completely different dog on leash. We have been taking our dogs here for about a year now. An Australian Shepherd and a Border Collie, two very high energy dogs, and the BC is very high strung. They absolutely LOVE it, and cannot wait to get there once I turn on the street. They come home tired and it makes a huge difference in the evenings when they are calm. Happy Trails provided a fun and safe stay for my two year old husky Mia while I was out of the country. Mia is very high energy and is not a very big fan of crates. Happy trails was great because she was able to run and play all day long crate free! I even had access to live cameras so that I could check in on her while away. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Happy Trails. Our Piper Rose absolutely LOVES going to doggie daycare at Happy Trails and this doggie mama loves the care and attention she receives from the amazing staff. When we pick Piper Rose up, we can tell she has had a great day!! Before we can even get home with her she falls asleep in the car because she has played so hard all day. OHHH I can't forget to add... one of my favorite things about Happy Trails is the DOGGIE CAM!! I get to pull up my app and watch Piper Rose on it through -out the day... HOW COOL IS THAT?! Our pit mix loves her time at Happy Trails. Some other doggie day cares that we had checked out before finding Dylan's favorite place would not even consider having her since she is part pit. Happy Trails takes the time to evaluate each and every dog to make sure they are a good fit and happy at their facility regardless of breed. We have not actually taken our dogs to this place, but I literally just got off the phone with Rachel (one of the owners). We were looking for a place to keep them for a couple hours on Saturday, and it didn’t work out with them; however, I will say that Rachel was very honest and helpful. She showed an extreme amount of care and thoughtfulness towards me and my dogs, even though she has never met us. Based on my conversation with Rachel alone, I would definitely board my dogs here when the need to do so arises. I would also recommend them to anyone I know, because no one would take the time to offer the advice Rachel offered if they did not truly understand and care for animals. She showed they are definitely trustworthy, and it takes a lot for me to trust someone with my babies.
