What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can be the “pebble on the pond” through my business coaching. What that means is that I not only impact business owners and executives, but I also get to have a positive impact on their employees, families, and the community.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business so I could live my life on my terms and do business with my values front and center. Two of my core values are Freedom and Balance. Business ownership gives me the Freedom to do the type of work I do best, take on the clients I want, and support the causes that most interest me. I can also Balance my professional and personal life.

I have walked in their shoes. I’ve run multi-million dollar businesses with hundreds of employees around the world. I’ve also been a solopreneur and dealt with all the growing pains of a small business.
My 25 years of leading successful teams, in the Navy as well as the Corporate world, coupled with the proven systems and curriculum of FocalPoint, set me apart from other Business Coaches.

Yes! My preferred method is coaching via Zoom. This gives my clients more flexibility in their schedules so they can do a coaching call from their office, home, or even the beach.
