My husband and I moved down to the Charlotte area last year not knowing anyone. We are avid travelers and needed to find someone trustworthy to watch our 2 cats while we went on sporadic trips. Fluffs of Luv has always delivered! We had an initial consultation to have a pet sitter over to our home to meet us & our fur babies. After that we made all of our appointments online through their very user friendly online portal. They have always been available every time we needed them. One trip, we received an email from our apartment complex stating they found a lost cat. Halfway across the country and anxious, I emailed Fluffs of Luv to make sure our 2 cats were safe at home. We had a wonderful vacation knowing our kitties were being well cared for. I enjoyed the daily updates. They put us at ease since our two cats do not get along with each other. It was helpful to stay in touch, also was able to tell sitters about neighbor's yard crew which I forgot to leave in my notes. Also feel very safe with our house keys. If you want to leave home and feel that your pets are in good hands, Fluffs of Luv, is the place. We went on vacation and had Susan sit for our 3 cats for 5 days. She was so amazing! She sent us text messages and pictures while we were out, and the commentary she provided was such a reassurance that she truly cared about our cats and that she enjoyed taking care of them! It seemed as if she had known our animals for a long time, and she picked up on each of their personalities immediately.When we returned we had these awesome reports waiting for us that detailed each day she spent with them. Amazing service - this is by far the best and most caring pet-sitting service provider. We had Erica care for our three kitties during our 12-day vacation. We came home to happy kitties and our home did not show any of the wear and tear that can happen from being away for so long: no kitty throw-up or fur balls and their litter-area was clean. They had plenty of water in their bowls and Erica even changed our litter-genie. I love that there were daily notes from her visits. She also took the time to text me each AM and PM to let me know how our kitties were doing - the attention to detail and caring is exceptional. We have been thrilled with FOL Pet Sitting. We use them regularly for quick visits and have just returned from a weekend away having used their services. This was our first time going out of town since moving to the Charlotte area and upon our arrival home, found our dogs to be stress free. Though they were happy to see us, there was no sign of stressfulness. They were able to stay in their own home with the care of FOL attending to them according to their needs. Fluffs of Luv has been such an amazing find for us. Our two purr-monsters, Captain and Aslan, are a pair of finicky felines who got extremely nervous and anxious after going to the vet's office. After dealing with the hiding and the nervous-cat stomach for the next few days, my husband and I decided we needed to look into other options for our cats while we were traveling and for future vacations. I discovered Fluffs of Luv through an internet search, and called for an initial consultation. After our initial consultation, we were excited about the services that Fluffs of Luv offered, but the real proof was after our first week of vacation- we came home to happy, well-adjusted cats that weren't hiding or sick from nerves. Nancy and Rachel are wonderful sitters- not only do they take care of our (not-so-little) purr-monsters, they check the mail, water the plants, clean up after the occasional accident, and even leave a note daily to let us know how Captain and Aslan were. It's such an enjoyable experience coming home and reading about how they interacted and played with Nancy and Rachel. I have been a customer of Fluffs of Luv for a number of months now and I couldn't be happier . Our pet sitter is Rachel and she is just wonderful. The level of care and concern she expresses for my two dogs is impressive. My mind is at ease while I am away on a trip knowing she is taking care of things at home. I used Fluffs of Luv for the first time over the Christmas holiday to sit for my 3 cockatiels. Nancy Smith was wonderful. She wrote me a status of each day's events, changed the food and water daily, took out my trash, tidied up after the birds, and stayed for at least 20 mins . each day to look after things. Adrienne is by far the best pet sitter I have ever had. She takes care of my pets while I am at work during the week and any time Iam out of town, and I never have any worries or concerns that my pets aren’t receiving the best care possible while I am gone. I absolutely love Fluffs of Luv! They are wonderful… I can’t say enough good things about their services. My first experience with my pet sitter was amazing. Needless to say, she was a life saver. My previous pet sitting agency informed me a day before I was to leave for a week’s vacation, that they would not be able to watch my pets. I was frantic. I had to find a pet sitting service fast. By way of the internet, I found Fluffs of Luv and contacted Nancy. She was amazing. She was willing to take care of my animals without any hesitation. We recently moved to NC from MD with 4 pets...2 cats and 2 large dogs. We always had great friends and neighbors to watch our animals when needed, but here we were planning a week-long vacation for this summer in a new area w/o anyone to care for our "furry friends" as FOL likes to refer to them. I started searching online for pet sitting services, came across their website, read some reviews and scheduled the free in-home consultation. What can I say, but that Bonnie was awesome. As soon as she walked through the door I knew I was going to hire FOL. She knew just how to handle herself around our pets and they took right to her as well. She was professional, friendly and thorough...very easy to work with. Our family went on vacation and I did not worry once about our pets because I just knew they were in good hands and knew they were being well-cared for and well-loved. This is such a great alternative to kennelling, because not only did my loved ones get to stay in the comforts of their own home, but they got so much personal attention and the cost was a lot less. That's a no-brainer as far as I am concerned. And not only did they provide excellent care for my pets, but they brought in my mail, took out my trash, watered my plants and so on...all for the per visit fee that also is the same no matter how many animals you have. I will call upon them again...no question about that. Moving across the country with my 9 year old Weim was stressful enough for her, adapting to the new climate, new landscape, new life, exacerbated the situation. Impressed with her professionalsim, her values, her personality, and her rapport with my Weim, I knew I had found someone, and a small personalized service, that could care for Belle as I would. I have an extensive brood, two dogs and three cats all vying for attention and food. The pet sitters at Fluffs of Luv have been absolutely wonderful. Bonnie and Jennifer have been very patient with our "kids" Roxy, Buster, Galileo, Seth and Oliver who can be sneaky some times. We arrived recently from a four day vacation to find all the pets content and a little uninterested when they saw us walk in. She obviously loves animals and is passionate about what she does. While we were away, she took a picture of our pet (lovebird) and sent it to my cellphone.
