I called around 1:30 pm and needed same day service. Although they were booked, they added me anyway. It was a good 5 hours later until they arrived, but had the door repaired in less than an hour. The crew was very professional. They kept me posted on their arrival and showed up as they’d advised. I had two rollup garage doors installed (NOT by Florida Garage Doors). One of the doors was not properly installed. Even though it was not Florida Garage Door’s original installation they spent over an hour correcting the original company’s mistake and didn’t charge me for it.
