We did follow up with you, regarding your experience and to see if you received results, but we received no response. After signing up for my gym membership after years of not working out, I had one on one training with FlexxWellness and it was the best training I had ever received. I was thoroughly assessed, trained and given tips on what I should work on to be where I want to be. They now offer meal plans too which is unbelievable! How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important. In order for your body to function at it's optimal level you need to fuel with the best foods according to your specific training and life style.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I'm big on science-based training and teaching clients how to move with purpose to achieve the best results. I program according to fitness level and physical ability. If I notice muscular imbalances and a lack of mobility, I will incorporate fixing that with the goals you have told me you want to achieve.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is to fall in love with yourself regardless what you look like. The same way it takes resilience and dedication to physically create the "body of your dreams" it takes resilience and dedication to realize you are enough every single day, even on days when life does not seem to agree with you. YOU ARE THE DREAM, but we can always strive for more. I'm the coach that will help you achieve that more!
What do you love most about your job?
I love playing a role in bringing the best out of people. Everyone that comes to me wants support in being and becoming the best them that they can be. I'm always honored that I am trusted to take such a role.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to provide a service that made people feel good about investing in their health without sacrificing an arm and a leg.
