I can't even begin to describe how amazing this company truly is! My husband's Christmas party was being held in Kansas City, but we are from Texas. I didn't want to travel with a ton of hair and makeup items, so I decided to book someone to do mine at my hotel! Searching for a company that had some diversity in their clients was stressing but I found this company and was beyond impressed with their pictures. The booking process was super easy. I was able to include pictures of the styles I was looking for when it came to my hair and makeup for the evening. I met Jessica and she was outstanding. I loved her personality, professionalism and her talent. I looked amazing and received so many compliments throughout the evening! I may have to travel back just for a follow up visit! I booked Fix Beauty for a video shoot that my office was doing. The booking process was easy, if somewhat impersonal. The 5 stars are primarily for Andrea, the artist that Fix sent to us. She was prompt, professional, friendly... really couldn't have asked for more. We booked her for 6 hours to do make up for about 6 people. When you have someone around for 6 hours, it's not just about the makeup, it's about having a pleasant person around. Andrea was fantastic. I had the pleasure of getting my makeup and hair done by Yuya. This young girl is very talented and professional. She captured the look I wanted and blew my mind on how great it turned out. She made me feel extremely confident when doing my photoshoot. Thank you so much. Sure enough when I come to LA again I will definitely book her again when I have my next photoshoot or any event. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Payton of Beauty Fix, for my son's wedding. We had a trial at my home 3 weeks before the wedding. I was immediately put at ease by Payton's friendly, professional demeanor. She asked what I had envisioned my Mother of the Groom look to be, and she offered some great suggestions. She took her time and listened to my concerns and left me knowing I wouldn't look like some old frumpy MOG. As good as that was, the day of the wedding experience was Even Better! Payton warmly welcomed me and asked how I was doing. We got down to business on time and she worked efficiently without a lot of interruptions. I can honestly say Payton helped me look better than I had even expected. I was out of the chair at 11:40 am, and my hair and makeup still looked awesome at 11:00 in the evening. I was attending a wedding in Beverly Hills and, since the wedding was on a Sunday, did not have the flexibility of going to a salon. Checked out Fix Beauty Co. online and decided to contact them. Jessica was very responsive and professional in booking my appointment. Carla was right on time to my hotel room. She was professional, friendly and did a wonderful job with my hair and make up! If I could give 10 stars I would !! I honestly can't believe how wonderful Fix Beauty Co made me look ! The reviews are 100 % correct ! I was even a late and she accommodated me !
