House Cleaning
Used about 2 months as they got use to the house. Last week they didn't come 'car accident' this week I confirmed on Tuesday that they would be here to clean today Friday and that was confirmed for today at 11:30. Never arrived, never called, never answered the phone, never answered a text message. Their work was ok, but limited in what they wanted to do. I feel very badly giving a negative comment. Because I always want small business owners to be successful. It's really important these days. But missing last week I knew at that point I could tell by the tone of voice in the text that it was a blow off and then just not showing upthis week. And not even replying. I know I was done.
