The ladies at Fetch are beyond amazing and truly love each and every dog. They helped me in a specific scenario with a new puppy who was a bit of a mess and their love and expertise at getting her cleaned up was above and beyond what we expected. Their pups in daycare are all super well behaved and seem to have a blast while there. I was so impressed with their facility and how efficiently it ran with a bunch of pups around! They were super knowledgeable and helpful about our new puppy and really showed her such love and kindness. We will definitely be calling fetch whenever we have a boarding need for our dogs. I can't say enough good things about Fetch and the knowledgeable, loving staff there. ❤ I feel so good leaving my baby, Max there knowing he's in such great hands. You get a tour of the facility and a free doggie orientation time to try things out. *Records from vet & shots required, of course. We had a last minute boarding stay due to a unfavorable experience from another boarding facility for our labradoodle before our wedding, and Fetch Daycare & Boarding were more then accommodating! The staff was very friendly and allowed me to take a tour of the facility and even will take pictures of your dog to help you keep your mind at ease. We have had a very negative Doggie daycare experience in the past but decided to try again at Fetch, with our new Bully Breed pup. The staff and Jennifer are incredible. They are well informed, show warmth, really listening to my individual concerns and have tremendous breed knowledge. awesome people. dog gets a room to socialize with other dogs during the day. they have a small pool out back. they are placed in small groups out dogs with the same energy. the air conditioning is awesome. they keep it very clean. they have cameras on each room. this is so much better than boarding in a crate all day with only 2 bathroom breaks. the longest time between bathroom breaks is 8 or 9 hours, not 14 like some kennels. really felt good leaving my baby there. I can not say enough good about Fetch Doggy Daycare, owner, Jennifer and her amazing staff. We have used their services for over 5 years now. They go above and beyond so much, that my dog Hank never wants to leave!!! When having to leave town for elderly parents and not knowing when I would be back they held a spot for him. Fortunately, for us because my mom passed away over New Year's Eve. The staff at Fetch even went out and bought the food we feed Hank. It was so comforting to know he was taken care of during this unexpected and difficult time.Also, they came to the rescue when a friend of mine moving to the area is remodeling the new house. The house is a wreck, its 100 degress and he brought his dog with him. I immediately took them to Fetch to ask if they could help him out. Luckily, he had all the required papers/shots etc and they took his dog in, giving him much peace of mind to be able to keep her out of the contractors way for her safety especially.If you ever need day care or kenneling, this is your place!!!!! They are not all about the money, they LOVE the dogs and it shows. Additonally, Jennifer is extremely involved in "All Things Doggy" in charleston helping with events, fostering programs, behavior issues. Seriously, its worth your while to check it out. Fetch Doggy Day Care deserves every single one of these 5 star reviews and more. I brought my dog here about a month ago not knowing what to expect other than reading a few good reviews online, and their exceptional service has blown me away ever since. My puppy had some previously traumatic experiences as a shelter dog before being rescued, and the manager went to the point to get on her hands and knees in the waiting area to help her acclimate. Fetch doggy day care went above & beyond the norm to help us! We booked a pet friendly hotel in downtown charleston that didnt end up being pet friendly. Dont atay at the Days Inn! It was 9:00 at night the friday night before NYE. They werent supposed to be open but answered the phone and took my dog 5 days after emergency surgery. They took care of him well! My dog Andrey stayed here for the first time last weekend. He is 5 and I've had him since he was a pup, so I know when my dog is happy. When I picked him up he was very happy to see me but the great thing was that he was happy!! He had a good time staying here, I just know it. I have a very shy 10 month old Rough Collie with a distinct dislike of strangers. Fetch came to the rescue this thanksgiving with a boarding option that allowed me to relax and him to enjoy himself in the company of other dogs during what would otherwise have been an extraordinarily stressful situation for us both. I was extremely pleased to return today (the day after thanksgiving) to pick him up to find him happily allowing the staff to handle him. He slept on the ride home and spent most of the day dozing--not harassing the cats and more welcoming of the family that choose to stay with us through the weekend. Large family and friend holiday meals are fairly common for several holidays in my home and I will absolutely be using fetch again for boarding on those days!! My heart ached at the idea of putting him in a crate all day (knowing that he'd still be upset with all the strangers in the house) or boarding him with a kennel with little interaction. Just picked my dog up from Fetch Doggy Day Care. He hasn't been well socialized so this was our attempt at getting some positive experiences for him to come out of his shell a bit. When I arrived, he was shivering and hiding behind me. When I picked him up, he was wagging his tail and rolling over for all the staff members and every new customer that walked through the door. I can't say enough good things about Fetch Doggy Day Care. They provided a welcome option for out-of-state travelers when we needed it -- both for an overnight stay during the birth of our grandchild and for drop-off daycare during the remainder of our stay. Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly), Jennifer Parks (the owner), and everyone else I met seemed quite committed to the well-being and comfort of our pet. If anything, our dog may have been a bit spoiled during his stay -- and I can't think of a better compliment to pay them. We have been bringing our rescue collie (Willie) to fetch for almost a year. When we first got Willie he was so shy we had to pull him out of the car. He had the characteristics of a dog that wasn't really socialized. Our trainer, Susan Marrett, thought doggy daycare would help him for socilaization (with both humans and dogs). She thought Jennifer and the staff at Fetch would be great to help "bring Willie out of his shell." It was tough when we first dropped him off but after discussing his needs with Jennifer we felt like he was a in a safe place. On the first two visits he apparently "observed" the other dogs but didn't play. On the third visit he played the whole time! Now, nine months later he's the life of the party! A few months ago, Willie regressed and didn't want to get out of the car anywhere except for Fetch. Whenever we stopped and he could see where we were he was excited to go "see the dogs." We feel like the entire staff genuinely cares about Willie and are as excited in his improvements as we are. More...

The staff is energetic, helpful and absolutely love what they do. The facility is clean and well maintained. The dogs are not only sorted by size but also but energy level. This place is great for daycare or for extended stay when we have needed to go out of town.
