Family Home and Office Cleaning is a locally owned and operated family business. We clean both homes and offices. For one time, first time, move-in or move-out deep cleaning we do an hourly rate of $50 per cleaner usually with teams of two.

House Cleaning
Well it began ok. Cathy came to my home and viewed the "move out" cleaning that needed to be done, and assured me that her crew were knowledgeable on move out verses just coming to house clean.
I had to ask one of the cleaners to go back twice to re clean or clean/dust what hadn't been done. I should have checked better before releasing them. The drawers and cupboards to the master bath and guest bathroom were never opened so therefore not done.
The window sills were not wiped off.
The kitchen appliance were done well as were the windows.
It was just an exasperating experience for the money.

How long have you been in business?
We owned our cleaning service in California from 1972 to 1993 and have owned Family Home and Office Cleaning here in Vancouver, Clark County area from 2002 to the present. We are Family owned and operated, licensed, bonded, and insured. We have A-1 rating at the BBB.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all of our own supplies and equipment necessary to complete the work assigned. If someone wants us to use a particular product or piece of equipment that they supply we can usually do that, but it will.not change the price we charge.
What do you love most about your job?
I like seeing the change that many homes experience when they have regular cleaning services. Helping families experience a higher quality of life by being able to spend time with each other instead of cleaning house and helping older ones to be able to care for and remain in their homes longer is a great feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to earn a living while controlling my own schedule. Cleaning houses allowed me to earn more for time I would spend working and provided more time for me to spend in my volunteer activities. I had friends who did house cleaning and they helped me get started on my own.

We are small enough to know all our clients personally and big enough to provide consistent flexible services. Our kind, pleasant cleaners are hard working and honest. They like their job and are proud of the work that they do. I assign each client a dedicated team of cleaners that will care for their home or office so they will always know who are on their property.
