😊. I have never had anyone clean my home before but time, energy , and avoidance of greasy kitchen cabinets led to that decision. I purchased a Groupon for Excellentia/Elite Maid Service (crossing my fingers that they were a reputable quality company). I purchased the services of 3 people for 2 hours to deep clean specific areas of my house. There were other options available that offered a whole variety of prices. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Alex. He was friendly and informative. We discussed my expectations and the company’s policies. Just as he promised, the three individuals arrived promptly, made their introductions, and we reviewed my plans prior to them starting. They jumped in with a lot of energy, starting on the kitchen. The cleaning solutions were very pleasant smelling: fresh and clean rather than the strong chemical odors I expected. Every inch of the counters, cabinets, appliances, and floors were scrubbed. It looked wonderful- better than I expected! They worked together and their friendly chatter was also reassuring. I firmly believe that a good team ( pleasant and corporative) leads to more efficient and effective job completion. This was true for this group: Roselyn, Tammy, and Jen. By the end of their work, the house gleamed, it smelled fresh, and EVERYWHERE looked better than I expected! I was- and AM- so pleased! I don’t know if my upbringing (mama said, “cleaning your home is your responsibility”) will allow me to have regular services. What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Alex and I am the owner of Excellentia Elite Maids Services. What inspired me to start this business is that I worked at a cleaning service before owning Excellentia. I hated the way that company treated their employees. I wanted to create a company that provided a stable work environment, a company culture to be proud of and a company where all employees have the opportunity to have their own cleaning business one day. Everyone should have a chance at a great future for themselves and their family.

In my case, seeing it happen to others motivated my desire to create a more positive work environment for myself and others. I am also motivated by a desire to provide a better service to customers. We fill a gap in the market that I believe is not being adequately addressed by existing cleaning companies.
