Today I used Evergreen-Cleaning for an entire apartment cleaning after a tenant moved out.. I am so glad I found Evergreen Cleaning on Yelp and called them! ! They did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment today - it's like a totally new apartment! Carlos and his team are fantastic. Â He is kind, professional, and does a good job. Â I told him my house was already clean, and I just wanted a touch-up. Â He and his partner came and outdid themselves. Â They even cleaned a bedroom I did pay for! Â I had to tell them, "That's enough; you guys are too much." Â They were honest, and when I did my white-glove inspection, everything was in order. Â I noticed Carlos did not touch a piece of furniture with a lot of trinkets on it, and before I could even mention it, he said, "I did not do that area, too many small things." Â Which was admirable for his honesty and also for the fact that he was correct, trying to clean those trinkets is a whole other project. Â I will gladly hire him again. More...

Carlos from Evergreen-Cleaning came to do a deep cleaning. He spent four hours at my condo and did an amazing job! I could never get my bathroom tiles & the grout clean myself. I don't understand how this company has amazing reviews when my house is still completely dirty. All they did was wipe stuff down, they didn' t clean the floors as you can see. This is horrible and I will never use this company again. Please stay away and save your money. More...

I don't often login to my Yelp account, but definitely had to for this review. This was my first time using Evergreen Cleaning and I will definitely be booking with them again. Scheduling an appointment was super easy.My house hasn't been cleaned in over a month after having difficulties with other cleaning services... Carlos was very communicative and texted me with updates after booking, before arrival, and upon completion. I was not home during the cleaning, so the updates were appreciated. I was a little shocked at how fast the cleaning was done and had my suspicions. When I arrived at home I was blown away. Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I have several dogs, but looking at my home now, you couldn't tell. Not a dog hair in sight. I am very impressed and so glad I've found my new favorite cleaning service.Highly recommend!!! More...
