Caroline is wonderful to work with. She’s thoughtful, cheerful and knows what she’s doing. She executes your ideas and interjects her own and it’s a great working relationship. She did our Easter neighborhood party for probably 100 children with 2 Easter egg hunts, a DJ that even the adults enjoyed, face painting, balloon art, egg coloring and the list goes on. Full Service Planning
Detailed wedding planning from before the ceremony until the end of your reception. This package includes:
Finding and booking your venue. - as well as a venue walkthrough with you.
Vendor management - researching, recommending and booking your vendors of choice.
Catering recommendations based on your desired palette and serving style. Setting up tastings.
Personalized master budget and checklists.
Contract signings and paperwork.
Wedding theme and design scheme - ensuring your vision comes to life.
On-site logistics and wedding roadmap, finalized seating chart/floor plan, and a detailed schedule of your special day.
1 in person meeting monthly, the closer we get to the wedding we can schedule more meetings accordingly.
Unlimited communication and support the entire way, I want to hold your hand and make you feel at ease!
Supervision at the rehearsal dinner
12 hours of service the day of the event.
Ceremony and reception set up.
Month-of Coordination
I'll step in two months prior to your event and bring all of the finishing touches together.
2 in person meetings,
