We have had 2 photo shoots with Jo and plan to have all my shoots with her. She is excellent at finding out just what we had in mind and made it happen. Great with the girls!! Stellar work. What a leap of faith, it was well worth it. I packed up all my memorabilia and shipped it half way across the country to a stranger who turned out to be an angel. I didn't tell anybody I did that, they would have thought I was crazy. She gave me an overview of what to expect, communicated frequently about choices (but not too frequently) and I simply trusted her and her experience to create my scrapbook. (Communication was messaging in the app). I gave her little direction because she had more ideas and experience than I did. What she created was better than anything I could have dreamed up. I highly recommend her work. If you don't know the language of scrapbooking she will explain it. What does she mean by embellishments? Get clear from her and she will create what you want. Also, she did an amazing job with what I think is the tedious task of understanding each piece and organizing it in some way. I didn't have a preference whether it was all chronological or by subject area and she did a brilliant mix that made sense. I didn't give her a timeline because I was in no hurry and I still got it in a reasonable time frame with the holidays in between. Jo Arsenault is a true find. I sent her several piles of photos and memorabilia to create a scrapbook for my sons 40th birthday. Not only was the scrapbook completed and returned way ahead of schedule, but my jaw dropped when I saw the quality of her work and detail that she put into it. She and I never met in person, but we had numerous email exchanges about how I wanted certain items. The end result exceeded all my expectations.Jo was very responsive and extremely professional.
