Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Punctual.After getting an estimate just before the snow started flying last fall, we were waiting for the snow to melt since there was quite a bit of outside sealing to be done. We called to make the appointment, which we got scheduled in less than a week. 27 traps set. Holes, cracks, and crawl spaces filled. We will update this review if anything goes awry with their service, but at this point I highly doubt that will happen. Last year was the first year I used this pest control service and I will never use anyone else again!! We had a terrible wasp problem and I called them and they came right out and within days we had no more wasps at all! ! Erdye's was the only company I found that offered a package with both heat and chemical treatment. They stand behind their product and ensure satisfaction. We used Erdye's last Spring and Fall for exterior spray on our house. The hornet/wasps were gone as soon as they treated and never came back! We also used to have Japanese beetles every winter in the house and never saw a single one! We also had a horrendous experience with flour bugs last Summer, the owner and staff were accommodating and sympathetic towards our situation. Exactly what I was looking for. We had an outdoor spray done. The man was professional and introduced himself. He let me know how long to keep my dogs inside, and even asked what type of bugs we'd been seeing so he could do the right treatment. Very fast too!
