Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Kate and Rebekah from Edelweiss Clean & Bright Housekeeping. I had made an appointment with them for an introductory cleaning a few weeks ago and a snowstorm got in the way. They were very understanding and worked with me to change the appointment date. The ladies showed up right on time and ready to work. They came equipped with all their own supplies and asked me if I would like a light fragrance or unscented products used. I chose the light fragrance and it was just that; light. We discussed my priorities for the cleaning and off they went. Two hours later I had a sparkling clean house. The house is a little over 2100 sq ft. They were able to get so much done, I was very impressed. Before they left they asked me to look around and I told them I was more than satisfied. They promised an email with quotes for monthly, bi-monthly and weekly pricing. I received it two days later and found it to be very fair for the area. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Edelweiss. The women who came over paid close attention to little things I wanted taken care of and were very thorough in both their cleaning and attention to detail. I appreciated that they took the time to ask me questions about my own preferences and said that they welcome feedback as to their job- often times people don't want to hear any critique, positive or negative. They did a wonderful job in a very timely fashion. I especially appreciated the attention to detail (like cleaning the windows) that I have not seen before in a non-deep cleaning session from other companies. I also appreciate their customer service - so personable & eager to please! As a mama with three littles I need people I can trust who can come in my home and take initiative while being thorough & timely so we can get back to our crazy little life where mom has more time to be with her kids! I had Edelweiss clean for my family this week and I was very impressed. First they cleaned at my mom's house and the next day they cleaned my house (so I got to see two different house cleanings). The girls showed up on time and were very professional in both cases. They asked if there was anything specific I wanted cleaned or if there was anything I did not want cleaned or touched (they didn't just assume anything). The two girls who cleaned my house worked well together and got my entire house cleaned in 2 hours (I have a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house). The one thing I was most impressed with was that they cleaned the inside of my windows and my two patio doors inside and out, I have two dogs and young kids so this was huge for me! I would most definitely recommend Edelweiss to my family and friends for their cleaning needs. More...

I highly recommend Edelweiss Clean and Bright!!! The young ladies who came to clean my home were prompt, friendly, and very careful in everything they did. Their work was efficient and exceeded my expections in every way! If they had any questions about which products I preferred for floors, kitchen cabinets, dusting, etc, they asked and chose the product I liked best. I was also very pleased to find out that Edelweiss uses a variety of natural, environmentally-friendly cleaning products! So my home smelled fresh and clean like spring when they finished rather than smelling like a bunch of chemicals! Whether your home needs a deep-clean, an occasional light freshening up, or something in between, Edelweiss Clean and Bright will do an excellent job for you so that you can spend more of your precious time on the people and activities that mean the most to you!
