Actually, I did not have this company do roofing work, After being inspected by Jonathan Brown, I found I did not need a roofing repair. However, Jonathan was the most prompt at calling me to set up an appt., (out of the names I was given) and he arrived to inspect my home within a very short time, which I appreciated since I was having a water issue in my home. He was very professional and took the time to explain several things to me. He was a very nice person, seemed quite knowledgeable, I trusted his opinion, and I will not hesitate to call this company to do any kind of roofing repair I might have in the future. First of all, JR called me in a matter of seconds after I finished entering my information on Servicemagic. Not only was he the first call, he was the only one that called. American Eagle kept me informed and contacted me every step of the way. Although renailing 8 pieces of siding was probably one of the easiest jobs, I didn't feel like I was last on their list. American Eagle was very prompt and did excellent work. It turned out they were about half the cost of the other bids and what my insurance adjuster had quoted. I am happy to recommend them to others. There was one thing that was not quite right that his employees forgot to do, (connect the down spot pipe to the run off drain pipe), but the owner personally came by and fixed it for us and was the most nice and pleasant man we have meet in a long time.
