What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved coaching the superintendent and principals in the Carrollton Farmers Branch school district where I was Director of Leadership Development and Organizational Health. When I retired, I wanted to continue to help people release the blockages to their success, like anxiety and negative thinking, and blossom into the fullness of who they really are. Starting my own coaching business has allowed me to fulfill my passion.
