I am a mental health counselor and counselor educator located in Greensboro, North Carolina. I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families - both in-person and online. I work with a variety of mental health and wellness needs including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, career concerns, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral addictions such as eating disorders and video game/technology addiction.
