Was referred by my dog sitter to try Double J for dog care & boarding since she couldn’t watch him for business travel. First timer, I was really impressed how attentive the staff is helping my golden retriever feel safe & relax from the moment we arrived. He was scared to get out the car, guess new place & smells frightened him. Sergio came out with a treat to greet him, calm him so he would get out the car. Double J is awesome. We had two dogs that we boarded there for about 8 years. We boarded with them this last week now that they have new ownership and it was great. They have made some very nice improvements to the facility and now offer a stay and play. Our dog was there for five days and today first day home all she did was sleep because she was exhausted from the great time she had. We will definitely be boarding with them again! Double J Pet Ranch has been a perfect fit for our pup. We have done their Board and Play option many times over the past 6 months. The owner and the staff are very attentive and the communication is awesome! We appreciate the pictures at the end of each day so we can see what our pup has been up to all day. Double J is such a great place to take our babies. I will always recommend them. We live 1.5 hours away and it's totally worth the drive. My pups are always happy and this is the first kennel that they have come home from and not stinky! Thanks for always taking care of Jack, Molly, and Lucy while we are gone! And thank you for being sweet to our old girl Molly when we only drop her off for short visits. What a truly amazing facility to leave your best friend for a couple days! I was truly impressed by how beautiful the facility was and how kind and professional the staff was! !! I boarded my 7yr old Husky and 10mo old Lab for the first time ever. After plenty of research, I chose Double J Pet Ranch: The staff was very patient with me and took time to answer all the questions I had over the phone and on the day of drop-off. I picked up my fur-babies 1 week later and they looked so happy! In fact, they wanted to go back with the gentleman that brought them out to me! I really liked the fact that the dogs have so much room to play in & loved all the pictures they posted of the dogs during their stay. I boarded my not-dog-friendly 13yo dog for the first time in her life and I was anxious! Employees were GREAT about providing updates on how she was doing, and I was thoroughly impressed with the clean, comfortable and spacious facility as well as beautiful play grounds outside.

our puppies stayed here for a week while we were on vacation and the owners really took great care of them. we have never left them alone with anyone so we were definitely nervous but they didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone once when we called to check on the pups! Definitely will be back!

We have been taking our absolutely spoiled dogs to Double J since 2014. We liked it then, but under the new owner’s we simply love it! They have spent time and invested in the business to provide services above and beyond “normal.” The best compliment I can give is to the truly attentive and pleasant team. We currently have two Doberman’s that are bonded with one another. Our old gal, Big Bella, was boarded here for two weeks in 2014 with our beloved Guido. Guido has passed away...but 5 years later, there are team members that remember him (he was smart and nosy.) A dog boarding facility with multiple team members that are still there 5 years later...amazing! We now have a 2.5 year old Dobie Franco as well as Big Bella. While they are both dog friendly and good doggos, Bella is getting old and opinionated. The team was great this last week in bringing Franco and Bella to the play area, but keeping an eye on Bella to make sure she was enjoying the activity. Please know that we trust and appreciate this team with our high maintenance dogs. They always share a story about the our furkids when we pick them up. More...

Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the driveway; he knows he's going to have fun playing w/Tyler and all of the other dogs! The supervised playtime is an excellent way for him to socialize with other dogs and the play areas are huge - plenty of room for games of chase! Picked up my dogs today, Koda and Bear. They are larger dogs and they enjoy some room to run. From the looks of it they had plenty of that. They came home happy, healthy and ready for a nap. My dog has stayed here twice so far and I love it! The staff are polite, especially Dan! They treat your dogs like family so you don’t have to worry when you’re gone. It is the cleanest dog boarding kennel you will find in the Springs! The rates are affordable as well! They just put in a small guest dog park and a large guest dog park. My dog enjoyed running in the large guest dog park. This is the best dog boarding facility and I would highly recommend it to everyone. More...
