We were vendors in West Hartford for the Celebrate West Hartford Art Fair. After a good 1st day we decided to try Treva.
1st the con.
There isn't a way from the front of the restaurant to enter if you are disabled. You would have to go all the way around to the back to get to an accessible ramp.
Many stair levels in the front make it difficult at best.
The food and service were top rate. Extremely well prepared and presented.
The fresh pasta is heavenly.
The special salad was inventive and very good.
I definitely would go back.
The scallops I had were very well cooked.
My wife had a veal pasta dish that was hearty and delicious.
All in all a very nice meal with great service.
A little on the pricey side but worth it.

We shared lunch there one weekend with my son and daughter-in-law. Had a great time together. The drinks were excellent as was the service on a Sunday noon with only 1 waitress and the owner. Parking was easy.

Hands down my favorite Italian restaurant. The staff is not only kind, but are also very knowledgeable about the food that they serve.
Their selections for what is good is always spot on.
My last visit I had the veal chop special and it was perfectly cooked at a very reasonable price, they have a fantastic charcuterie board as well, I'd highly recommend the tartuffo cheese it has truffle marbled into it and is perfectly balanced.
I will most certainly be back again soon! Cheers!

My sister and I came here Saturday evening and enjoyed happy hour in their outside seating. I will note that in order to have happy hour food there is a $5 drink minimum. We ordered the hanger steak bruschetta, burger, mixed olives and the antipasti plate. The steak was on pretty hard bread, but besides that everything was good. First time there with family and WOW! The food was delicious. From the appetizers to the main courses to the carrot cake. Not a bad thing to say
. We all had different dishes and each one of them was delicious. I had the Ribollita soup which I could of had 3 bowls of. The rest of the family had the zucchini blossoms and the calamari appetizers. Delicious. For the main I had the rigatoni which was awesome. For dessert the carrot cake was one of the best I ever had.
Will definitely be going back. And to top it all off the service was excellent. Our waitress was definitely “on her game”.
