Hi, so our three dogs came in for an interview today. Loki’s collar was put on completely incorrectly leaving it possible for him to back out of his training collar. They go to day care weekly and Ive never had to check behind anyone to make sure their simple collars are played on correctly. The lack of concern they had for my dog is astonishing. If they didn’t know how to put the collar on just simply ask. I attached pictures. The way it was put on him (the picture of it on him) and then how it is supposed to be put on him (the picture of me holding the collar). They simply just put the leash on the two ends. Very disappointed. Please educate your staff to prevent future accidents. This could have ended very badly if he was hit by a car or I didn’t have a tracking collar on him to track his butt down :( ALSO my boyfriend picked up all three dogs and no one asked for his name or Id And just let him have all three dogs just by asking for them by name. Knowledgeable staff that got to know my dog and his personality and play style so they could put him with dogs with a similar energy. And they check all dogs for signs of aggression before allowing them near other dogs so I know my fur baby will be safe! I can’t wait for him to go back! More...

My dog AnnaBell loves Dogtopia. The staff is awesome and they always know AnnaBell’s name. It’s a great facility and is kept very clean. Love the flooring because it’s easy on AnnaBells joints. When I first brought my pup to Dogtopia, he was a nervous socializer and was tearing up EVERYTHING while we were away at work. Since coming, anytime I check on the webcams, Bucky is running around and playing! Not only that, instead of being anti-social at the dog park or dog get-togethers, he runs right in as starts playing! He also has stopped tearing stuff up around the house, and is generally a much happier pup! He LOVES his days at Dogtopia and we’re thankful for the loving staff that have helped Bucky bloom, and treat him like they’re own any time we take him! THANK YOU!! My husband and I are going out of town in May and it's the first time we have to leave our baby, Ganon for more than a day or two. plus he's spoiled with having a mommy that works from home. we did a lot of research and when we found Dogtopia it was amazing because from the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel at ease about leaving our boy.
