Ken did a great job! We couldn't believe how dirty and gross the "rinse" water was! They look great and it's nice to know all that deep down dirt is gone. The carpets were dry that evening which is important when you have multiple pets. Ken does a fantastic job!  He arrived on time, with everything he needed, with a great attitude, did a fantastic job on carpets, tile & upholstery in a busy house with teenagers, cats, and dogs (and a husband & frequent family guests). Ken was excellent. He was flexible with my schedule, arrived promptly, communicated often, and above all else, he was honest. The price he quoted me was the price I paid.<br><br>My carpet was covered in stains,  battle scars from a with a stubborn puppy I struggled to potty train. The stains were so dark that they looked fresh, even if they were months old. I was skeptical something like that could be cleaned out, but lo and behold, they could and they were. Ken was there for just under an hour, and he managed to destroy any trace of the year's shenanigans. <br><br>I held off on writing a review, because I wanted to make sure it wasn't some illusion that would come back after a good night of sleep. By far the best carpet cleaning company in Atlanta! I was nervous choosing a company but needed someone who was a stain removal guru. I sent out a few messages and within 5 minutes of sending Ken responded! I told him what I needed, he reassured me, gave me a reasonable quote and set an appointment for the next day! I highly recommend Ken as well. Today was my first experience with Dirt Blasters, and I'm overly impressed with his courtesy, attention and care for detail, and knowledge of products. To top it off, he's just a great guy that cares about what he does no matter how big or small the job is. Can't beat that, especially not at his low prices. $100 and my den area looks brand new.<br><br>Ken mentioned when I made the appointment that the job before mine was big and that he might be a little late. Simply put, Ken was amazing! My dog recently got sick on my living room shag rug. I was desperate to find someone to clean my carpet due to the terrible smell and stain. Ken responded immediately to my request and quoted me a reasonable price. He cleaned the rug and did a wonderful job. So my lovely dog peed on the bed. So at like 11 at night I messaged him asking for a quote. Not thinking I would get a response. .. 5 minutes later... Ping, he responded. And we continued responded and he just happened to have a schedule cancelation and fit me in the next day instead of next week! I was forever grateful bc the smell was AWFUL! Ken came out to clean my sofa and very honestly told me that it wouldn't be worth the money since the fabric would look bad even if he cleaned it. It's just bad fabric for a sofa that leaves rings any time you try to clean it and they won't go away even with his machinery. I appreciated him being up front and not trying to rip me off. Ken is the man! He had a cancellation right when I called and he was able to come immediately to clean my carpets that were TRASHED by subletters. He used the best of the best on my carpets, and he was working up a sweat to guarantee the best results possible. He made sure I was happy with the results along the way and described exactly what he was doing. He even happily sprayed my couch with a lovely lavender deodorizer, getting rid of the nasty BO from the people who sublet from me. First you have to understand that I carefully clean my carpets with a good home machine very frequently (every 2-3 months), and have done that for decades.  I vacuum all the time with a top notch Miele vacuum cleaner.  I'm picky about carpet.  I used Dirt Blasters last year for my carpet cleaning, and I was very happy with results.  I've experienced many different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and only a few of them ever get my business more than once or maybe a few times!  Some of my carpet is the original dark green my family had installed when the house was built in 1978. It has always been frequently vacuumed and cleaned, but Dirt Blasters really made it look like new again! Highest quality 100% nylon carpet can look really amazing for decades when its kept clean all the time. Trust me! But my Hoover home machine seems to leave behind growing residue that builds up over several uses. Some brands of detergent are worse than others, I've learned.  And less is more is always key, I've learned! But I can always tell its time to get the pros out after about a year on my own...because the residue starts to become noticeable after that 4th cleaning or so.  <br><br>Not every carpet company has spent the time to really make all of my carpet, especially the older carpet, look GREAT at the end of their visit...on the first visit...instead of just technically cleaner.  Typically I'm the type that ends up calling them back out the next day to redo the job more carefully or suck more slowly because the carpet is stiff, not cleaned long enough, or left sticky once it dried.  Ken's good equipment and efforts got all of that residue out of the carpet which left it brighter and softer like new again...37 years later! Other rooms of carpeting are light colored and installed about 7 years ago.  After his cleaning, it looked for sure as good as the first day it was installed.  I could tell he was taking the time to treat/remove the traffic patterns on the light carpet, especially down the hallway. <br><br>I kept forgetting to write a review, but I've just called him out again next week to do the whole house again this year.  I think its the best compliment when you can feel comfortable using a company again.  He took the time to make sure that the carpet was really clean, not overly soaked...and not everybody really does that.  I've tried those super-cheap coupon-in-the-mail places a couple of times in years past...and I've never been satisfied with the results from those deals. Occasionally I'm still tempted to risk it, but I've learned the hard way a few times that you get what you pay for, roughly, when it comes to this type of thing.  Ken really does a great job! Thank you Ken and Dirt Blasters for taking such good care of my home today. Yes, we had very dirty rugs and carpets, yes, we have a dog we love but she sheds worse than any dog I've ever known and yes, we needed all the help we could get! Ken at Dirt Blasters REALLY DELIVERED! He went right to work on all my horrible spots and worn areas, even going over some of them two and three times to get them cleaner. He was efficient, careful of my hallways and paint, worked around all my furniture, just did an overall excellent job. Ken ( from Dirt busters) was on time and did an awesome job on upholstery cleaning.<br>My off-white couch looks brighter and cleaner than it has done in years. <br>He did a thorough job did all the sides including vacuuming the bottom part of the couch.<br><br>He even helped freshen up the carpet with some tea tree oil and it now smells fabulous. Ok- let the trumpets roll!! Ken, came to our ground unit condo and cleaned our carpets. They were in need of some attention and when we moved here less than a month ago- the cleaning of the unit had not taken place. And with our furniture in place we had to finagle our furniture around so this opportunity with Dirt Blasters could take place. So we went to work-<br>Part 1: Ken arrives with his truck and tools to extract the dirt from our unit. <br>Part 2: We manipulated the furniture in the home while he maneuvered around the fiasco of boxes, sofas and Flintstone furniture-<br>Part 3: I ordered a little pizza to make the job fun and exciting<br>Part 4: sofas prepped and cleaned, room 1 carpet prepped and cleaned, room 2 carpets  prepped and cleaned. <br>Part 5: the carpet is CLEAN as he could get it. I am satisfied. <br><br>My wife and I are very picky people in terms of cleanliness. We don't allow shoes worn outside into our home. You have to take them off at the door when you walk in. And our floors are always dusted mopped and shiny. Anything less than would be unacceptable. Ken and Dirt Blasters came in and made it more of a home for us. Having the carpets extracted from the prior residents lifestyle relieved a great amount of worry from our environment.  And now that whey are cleaned we can maintain them to stay that way. I'm not afraid to say I am a little OCD where dirt is concerned but I like clean. I love looking at the carpet lines from the vacuum or carpet extraction machine because it reminds me of how easy it is to maintain your house and investment. LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS THE BEST CARPET CLEANER THERE IS!<br><br>I mean WOW!! Dirt Blasters Carpet Cleaning is absolutely awesome! The best you can possibly get and worth every penny!! My boyfriend and I have a house in Alpharetta and we are both pretty young so money is not something we are particularly "rolling in". The BEST carpet cleaner in Atlanta. Ken just left our house and I can't wait to rate him 5 stars right away. <br><br>My carpet is really dirty with old wine stains, food stains, and paints. My brother hired some crew to steam clean it about 6 months ago. It just looked like they wetted my carpet. Nothing was removed from the original conditions and they just told us that these stains were too old. I was disappointed but I didn't have to pay for any of that, so I was okay. Lol. <br><br>Ken came out in the snow (today's weather condition is severe!) and still did an amazing job. The quote Ken gave me over the phone was for 4 large bedrooms with large closet space and a hall way plus stairs. I called Ken at Dirt Blasters after reading the good reviews here and I certainly wasn't disappointed.  The carpet in my rental's upstairs was pretty filthy from a couple of angry cats and good old fashioned wear and tear.  Well, after Ken was done it looks better than when I moved in 3 years ago. This review is a little late but life has been beyond hectic as my husband and I have moved into our new house. We closed on our house the day before Thanksgiving and seeing the state of the carpets in the house I knew carpet cleaning was a necessary expense for our new home. <br><br>As usual I came right to Yelp to find a service provider after all the awesome reviews I decided to go with Dirt Blasters. I called Ken and he was so easy to talk to and booking was a breeze. He ended up calling the day before my actual appointment with a opening which was perfect as one of my dogs decided he wanted to christen the new carpet by peeing an hour before my appointment.<br><br>I didn't think the carpet was as bad but after Ken showed me some spots I realized it needed a lot more work and Ken so graciously worked within our budget as I hadn't planned for the extent of the carpet. He did such a tremendous job and gave me even more tips to maintain carpet with all the dog hair that accumulates with ( 2 bulldogs). I contacted Dirt Blasters because I have a baby who will be crawling soon, and I wanted our carpets to be super clean. We have 2 small dogs that repeatedly missed the puppy pads when they did their business. Ken came over and cleaned our carpets and upholstery. Gave Kenny a call about one of my few rooms that had some bad stains. He was one of the second calls I gave about estimates. He asked me to text him my address and he came out out immediately. GREAT SERVICE<br><br>We purchased a two-piece microfiber sectional from a homeowner who cooked with a LOT of curry. The home was dark so we did not notice the deep, dark stains until it came home with us and, the smell was so overpowering that we had to close off the room. <br><br>Ken worked very hard and cleaned the sectional well. He was careful to explain the process and gave us options for removing the deep, dark stains. I contacted Ken because the carpet in my new residence was causing me to have allergic reactions. I wanted to try a chemical free carpet cleaning to see if it would help. The carpet looked worn &amp; dirty &amp; i had air samples done which showed poor air quality with high levels of particulate matter in the air. My option was to try carpet cleaning or removal of carpet via professional remediation for $1,000. I chose to take a chance &amp; have the carpet cleaned. Ken did a great job. He went over the carpet several times since he knew the goal was to remove allergens. He also gave me great advice about ways to reduce humidity in the closet &amp; whom to contact for work related allergies.  He took his time to really get the carpet clean &amp; made sure not to add any unnecessary variables that could worsen my asthma/allergies. Ken was extremely professional and knowledgeable when he cleaned our new home's carpets the other day. I wanted a non-toxic way to clean an entire floor of carpeting that was going to be our baby's playroom. He used a vinegar based solution with an added lavender essential oil. There were a couple pretty bad stains on the cream colored carpet already and I understood there was no way to get them out completely, but Ken worked on them and made a difference.
