What’s your signature dish?
Crawfish/ Shrimp Etouffee' , because it is so versatile. You can put it over rice, pasta, alone,on a potato, or over nachos, fries , the options seem endless!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We find out what the client favorites are and design a menu just them. It gives a personal touch , just like your event !

I love dealing with and meeting numerous people. In this business, you meet all types, and everyone responds/relates differently to your foods and personality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love cooking and seeing various responses to different foods and combinations.

We strive to provide 100 % guest satisfaction ! Going above and beyond to make sure to ' wow' our customers, and do it for less. We work with almost any budget, because we all have bills/responsibilities after the event.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With the lockdown, we had to pivot, to offer our services through third parties : such as Door Dash, Uber, Waiter, and Grub Hub. This was a less personal touch, but our customers safety was our number 1 concern!!
Services
We offer linens, dinnerware, utensils, beverage ( plastic, or glass), for any events that are scheduled. We also have our BarCards, we can serve alcoholic , and nonalcoholic beverages alike. We will also offer table and chair rental, soon.
