I have recently bought a flat in London and out of all the professionals I have been working with, Delphine definitely stood out for being extremely proactive and helpful in advising us on how to furnish and decorate our new home. I don’t know much in this field and she patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand which of my ideas were practically feasible and which weren’t. She is exceptionally talented and creative so she came up with solutions I would never have thought of myself, and she talked to contractors on my behalf to give me rough quotes for each little project. Her drawings and plans are very clear and they are very helpful when trying to understand space in a new home and picturing how and where the furniture you have in mind would fit. She also adds notes and comments here and there to explain things that may not be obvious at a first glance. I would definitely recommend her and hope to be able to work with her again in the future. What’s your interior design process?
1. Initial Consultation
It is to learn about you, your project, and for you to feel comfortable with your future designer
2. Concept Design
Following the consultation, I will provide a complete scope of the work established together along with the design fees. This stage is one of the most important during the process as it will determine your future interior. This stage will include a site survey, floor plans illustrating the new setup, and concept layout. Also presented if applicable may be hand sketches, 3D mockups, new products, and mood boards with samples of possible textures, colours and finishes.
3. Estimate and detailed drawings
Once the concept design has been approved, I will start to develop the design into detailed drawings and plans. I will also present you with the full itemised estimate based on your budget and then start finalising the choices of finishes, colours, dimensions, etc. All goods within the design scheme can be purchased directly through Delphine Interiors.
4. Technical Package
Once the detailed design and estimates have been approved and signed for, I will develop the technical package for your contractors on site if applicable.
5. Realisation
It is important that Delphine Interiors offers a turnkey service for you to feel completely relaxed during the full design process.

I love the variety of this job; meeting with different clients who all have different tastes, lifestyles and projects. Every project is a new challenge and I love looking to find the right products, the right colours, textures, and layouts to satisfy my clients and make them happy in their new spaces. Always keeping an eye on the latest trends, I love going to interior design events, showrooms and conferences all over the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 7 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors, I felt it was the time for me to start my company to finally share my passion with my own clients. The relation I have with them is always unique and enjoyable. Each interior designer has their own style and I feel that by having my own company I can truly express my own.

Concept Design Stage including visit to the property, plans, layout, 3D visual and/or hand sketches of the new concept, presentation of mood board and products to illustrate the concept - Supply of the items and products within the scope of works matching the budget given by the client (wallpaper, rugs, fitted furniture, bespoke furniture, fabrics, home accessories, kitchen, bathroom...) - Detailed drawings including any drawings time to realise the decorative schedule and send it to the contractor, any carpentry detailed drawings, electrical drawings) - Project coordination including the site visits, the order processing, the management of deliveries on site, the coordination of the installation of all the goods on site
