G.E.N.I.A.L. This is a really easy review. By far our favorite vendor from our wedding! We were not the easiest couple to deal with but Juan was there with us the entire time. He made amazing recommendations and worked with us to create a menu that all our guests loved! Latinos are not the simplest to please and yet our guests were definitely raving about the food. During the cocktail hour, the bytes had to be replenished quickly because our guests were demolishing everything LOL. Juan also made sure that we had a smooth transition to our after party with the liquor, bartender, etc. The food was the highest priority and we have zero complaints. Sorry it took us so long to write this review but thanks again Juan and Nelson!! More...

WOW! After trying with several caterers, none of them seemed to fit our vision. With delivering experiences, we had a great feeling about Juan and his team since I went in for an initial tasting. Juan is extremely hands on and involved in the whole process. We booked him a year out from our wedding and we were in constant communication and throwing ideas back and forth in order to make our wedding the most amazing! Delivering experiences exceeded our expectations, I recommended him to a couple of fellow couples and even a friend which were just as pleased with his amazing work and service! I can say without a doubt that without Juan and his team, our day would not have been as magical as it was. Everyone raved about the amazing food, beautiful displays and excellent service. Delivering Experiences made the the day of the wedding feel magical ! Their service is phenomenal, you didn’t even notice when someone put food in front of you, it felt like it magically appeared. The communication and attentiveness from Juan was very appreciated and made us feel heard. Most other vendor are nice to you in the beginning and then are not as attentive leading to the wedding but Juan made sure he stayed in touch throughout and was very good on communicating expectations and tailoring our menu to our liking. Juan and all of his staff are consummate professionals. From the initial planning to the execution of our wedding, we were impressed and thrilled. Juan's team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Juan was the only vendor we could find that was willing to design a fusion menu involving multiple items from Korean and Indian cuisines. He worked with us to negotiate a menu and budget that worked for us. We were even more impressed that his chefs could achieve excellent Korean food despite it being their first event for it. We then were floored that Juan was in tune with our mission to make our wedding a cultural education experience for our guests and went out of his way to make signs for each of our dishes in the respective native language and with traditional design! Juan (owner) and his team were everything we could have hoped for in a catering company. We knew we wanted to choose Delivering Experiences based on their great reviews and photos of the food, but once we met Juan and his team for our tasting, our initial thoughts were further confirmed. Their food is absolutely delicious and so beautifully plated! Juan and his team are so passionate about their craft and it shows. We had a black tie optional backyard wedding, so definitely wanted the food and ambiance to be elevated and classy. Leading up to the wedding, Juan helped us design a signature cocktail list and he created a gorgeous tablescape for the appetizers for our cocktail hour. Juan and his team LITERALLY deliver experiences and my husband and I were totally blown away. So were our guests! Everyone commented on how exceptional the food was. My experience with Delivering Experiences was excellent from start to finish. Last night it was my birthday celebration. I arrived home from my job and my house was decorated with flowers and lights. The food was great. Everyone was saying they loved the cocktails, decoration, and food. I couldn't stop talking and spreading the word on how I loved every detail in my party. I never enjoy a party in my house as much as this one. I had the service of an elegant restaurant in the comfort and privacy of my home.I would definitely recommend this service for your next party. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We get all the information from our customers about their food preferences, allergies, type of cuisine, etc and we develop a special and customized menu for the event, we send them different options to choose, so they will have a unique dish.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Over 24 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, my 15 last years I have been focused on the events field and I definitively love it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because our goal is to create an unique event for them, providing a customized party menu, caring and professional services such as catering, event staff, event coordination, bartending service, party planning, decorations, floral arrangements. All of them with special attention to detail.
Our “full-service and worry-free experience”, includes our chef preparing all food on site, setting up tables, coordinating, serving, cleaning your kitchen and social area after the celebration.
We are bringing to the table the unique flavors of Latin American fusion cuisine, highly diverse and well-known for its intense and varied flavors, colorful presentation, and enormous variety of spices. Our team source local, farm fresh and organic ingredients for every dish. For each event, we also provide all the dinnerware, silverware and glassware for small events to ensure an impeccable presentation for guests.
